At UR 2022-23: Indoor: Broke out as a sophomore and competed on UR's Division III National Championship winning 4x400 meter relay team at the NCAA Indoor Championships...Team set a Division III record time of 3:44.84 in capturing the ninth national title in program history (and first relay win)...USTFCCCA All-American...Competed in 10 total meets, earning 15 top-3 results and five total wins...Three All-Liberty League awards, including 1st Team honors in the 800 meters and 4x400 meter relay...Honorable Mention All-League in the 400 meters...Had 1st (4x400m), 2nd (400m) and 3rd place (4x200m) results at the All-Atlantic Region Indoor Championships...All-Niagara Region honors from the USTFCCCA in the 800 meters and 4x400 meter relay...Closed regular season being ranked in the top-50 in Division III during three events, ranking 6th in the 4x400 meter relay, 33rd in the 800 meters (2:16.28) and 38th in the 400 meters (:58.70).

At UR 2021-22: Indoor: Liberty League Track Rookie of the Week after first collegiate meet...Took home first place with her 1:23.24 500 meter time at the Nazareth Alumni Invite (12/10)...Finished 10th in both the 400 meters (1:02.14) and 800 meters (2:23.50) at the Liberty League Indoor Championships...Qualified for the AARTFC Championships in the 800 meters, running to 15h place...Added another first-place finish in the 4x400 meter relay (4:09.63) at the Bomber Invitational (2/6)...Notched eight Top-10 finishes and five Top-2 finishes across her 15 appearances.
