At UR 2023-24: Indoor: Competed in seven indoor meets as a rookie for the Yellowjackets...Ran the 60-meter hurdles at the Liberty League Championships, placing 18th (10.37) in the prelims...Finished in the top 10 four times...Helped UR's 4x400 'B' Relay to a sixth-place result (4:33.77) at the Golden Eagle Winter Welcome Back on Jan. 20...Set season-best times in the 60-meter hurdles (2nd, 10.35) and 200 meters (6th, 28.05) en route to a trio of top-six results, adding a first-place finish in the 4x200 Relay (1:53.31)...Hit another season-best mark in the 400 meters (10th, 1:04.99) at the Nazareth Conference Tune-Up on Feb. 16.

Outdoor: First-year ran in four meets during the outdoor season...Helped UR repeat as outdoor champions at Liberty Leagues, placing eighth in the 400-meter hurdles (1:10.70)...Ran a season-best time of 1:09.68 in the prelims to qualify for the finals...Season-high second-place finish in the 400-meter hurdles (2nd, 1:13.73) at the Geneseo Quad Meet and Multi on April 20...Helped Rochester's 4x100 Relay to a third-place result (50.62) att the Rochester Spring Twilight on April 26.

HS: Went to Newton South High School...Played field hockey and ran indoor and outdoor track for the Lions...Senior track and field captain...Personal-best of 1:09.22 in the 400 meter hurdles...Ran second leg of the sprint medley relay that played 1st at Nike Outdoor Nationals as a senior.
