At UR 2023-24: Indoor: Competed in five meets after joining the team as a junior...Notched a season-best result in the shot put (31st, 8.31m) at the Golden Eagle Winter Welcome Back on Jan. 20...Added another season-high in the weight throw (36th, 9.13m) the following week at the Conference Challenge Cup on Jan. 27.

Outdoor: Threw in five meets during the outdoor season...Hit a season-best mark in the javelin toss (19th, 19.00m) at the UR Alumni Invitational on April 7...Notched another season-best in the discus (15th, 25.93m) at the Rochester Spring Twilight on April 26...Liberty League All-Academic Team member.

HS: Member of the rifle marksmanship team at Leon HS...Named team captain as a junior and senior...Was a nationals competitor and was ranked 7th in the south and just outside the top-50 in the country.
