At UR 2023-24: Indoor: Fifth-year competed in six meets indoors...Earned five top-10 results, including one first-place finish...Got the indoor season started with two top-five finishes at the Nazareth Alumni Opener, placing fourth in the 4x200 Relay (1:51.84) and fifth in the 60 meters (8.56)...Added another top-five result in the 4x200m Relay (1:52.77) at the Conference Challenge Cup on Jan. 28...Helped UR finish atop the podium in the 4x200 Relay (1:53.31) and added an eighth-place result in the 60 meters (8.46) at RIT on Feb. 9.
Outdoor: Appeared six times outdoors...Qualified for the Liberty League Outdoor Championships in both the 100 and 200 meters, placing 19th in the 100 meters and 15th in the 200 meters...Recorded a season-best sixth-place result in the 100 meters (13.54) at the Geneseo Quad Meet and Multi on April 20...Scored another top-10 result, this time in the javelin toss (10th, 21.10m) at the Rochester Spring Twilight on April 26...Liberty League All-Academic selection.
At UR 2022-23: Indoor: Solid senior campaign as a sprinter, running in three events at the Liberty League Indoor Championships...Finished on the 3rd place distance medley relay team, earning Honorable Mention All-Liberty League honors...Added 15th place finish during the 200 meters (PR :27.47) and 23rd place finish in the 60 meters (:08.58)...Secured lifetime best time of 8.44 seconds in the 60 meters at the RIT February Friday Invitational on Feb. 10...Earned win during 4x200 meter relay and finished 8th individually in the 60 meters at the Nazareth Alumni Invite on Dec. 9...Had two other top-4 finishes on relays during the season.
Outdoor: Ran a personal-best time of 13.33 seconds in final meet of her senior season, competing at the Liberty League Outdoor Championships where she finished 18th...Had four top-10 results on the season, including a 3rd place finish in the 4x100 meter relay at the Brockport Multi & Invitational on Apr. 15...Top individual result of 12th place in the javelin at the Brockport meet (PR 24.57m) where she also was 13th in the 200 meters (:27.60)...Three top-15's at the RIT Invitational on Apr. 8.
At UR 2021-22: Indoor: Appeared in seven meets, competing in four different events...Finished 1st in the 4x200 meter relay (1:51.11) at the Nazareth Alumni Meet (12/10)...Added another podium finish (1st, 4:13.26) in the 4x400 meter relay at the Winter Welcome Back to Brockport Meet (1/22)...Scored five Top-20 finishes...Finished 20th in the 200 meters at the Liberty League Indoor Championships.
Outdoor: Appeared in five meets, competing five different events...Notched a 1st place finish in the 4x400 meter relay (4:05.50) at the Rochester Spring Classic on Apr. 8...Added another Top-10 finish in the 100 meters (:13.97), also at the Rochester Spring Classic...Qualified for the Liberty League Championships and finished 19th in the 100 meters (:13.60).
At UR 2020-21: Indoor: Ran 8th in the 200 meters (29.47 seconds) and was on 4th place 4x400 meter relay 'B' squad at the Nazareth Triangular on Feb. 27.
Outdoor: Appeared in seven meets during first season outdoors...Finished 8th in both the 100 meters (13.58) and 200 meters (28.03) at the Liberty League West Outdoor Championships, posting season-best times in both events...Earned win on UR's 4x400 meter relay at the Brockport Friday Night Invite on May 1...Runner-up result in the 100 meters at the RIT-UR-Union Invite on Mar. 27, a season-best individual finish...Had 11 top-8 results during the year.
