At UR 2022-23: Indoor: Earned conference title and 1st Team All-Liberty League awards at the Liberty League Indoor Championships, competing on UR's 1st place 4x400 meter relay (4:04.00)...Added 3rd place finish on distance medley relay team, securing Honorable Mention All-League status...Individually, placed 7th at the conference meet in the 800 meters, running a personal-best time of 2:23.20, helping the Yellowjackets to the team title...Qualified for the AARTFC meet in the 800 meters, running to a 23rd place result...Finished in the top-6 twice at the Brockport Multi on Feb. 4, running 3rd in the 4x400 meter relay and 6th in the 800 meters.

At UR 2021-22: Indoor: Garnered Honorable Mention All-Liberty League Honors in the distance medley relay (3rd, 13:08.07)...Scored 3rd place finishes in the 800 meters at the RIT February Friday Invitational (2:28.99) on Feb. 11 and Nazareth Conference Tune-Up (2:27.13) on Feb. 18.
Outdoor: Competed in five meets, running the 800 meters, 1500 meters and 4x400 meter relay...Finished 15th in the 800 meters at the Liberty League Outdoor Championships...Three top-10 finishes, including a pair of 2nd place finishes in the 4x400 meter relay at the Rochester Spring Classic (2nd, 4:07.76) on Apr. 8 and the UR Alumni Invitational (2nd, 4:12.32) on Apr. 30.
At UR 2020-21: Indoor: Ran in two events at the Nazareth Triangular in late February, competing in the mile and 4x400 meter relay.
Outdoor: Appeared in seven meets...Ran at the Liberty League West Outdoor Championships in the 800 meters, finishing 14th in 2:33.62....Was event winner in the 800 meters at the Geneseo-Ithaca-UR Tri-Meet on Apr. 17, posting a season best time of 2:30.40...Had five total top-8 results on the season, two coming at the RIT-UR-Union meetin on Mar. 27.
At UR 2019-20: Indoor: First-year middle distance runner appeared in four meets...Had three top-8 finishes...Placed 5th individually in the 800 meters at the RIT Tiger Invitational on Jan. 18...4th place on UR's 4x400 meter relay at RIT Invitational on Jan. 31 and was 7th in the same event a week later.
HS: Attended Southwestern HS...Lettered in cross country, track and field and basketball for the Trojans...Named basketball co-captain as a senior and was Defensive Team MVP in 2018-19...Named 2nd Team All-County as a senior in basketball, shortly after earning 1st Team All-County honors in cross country...Earned the CCAA Sportsmanship Award in track and field...Personal best of 1:05.00 in the 400 meters, 2:32.00 in the 800 meters...Helped Trojans to three league and four county championships in track and field...Basketball team also won two league titles and Section B6 titles...Member of National Honor Society and served as Treasurer...All-WNY Scholar Athlete Honorable Mention for both cross country and track and field.
