Outdoor: Competed at eight meets during outdoor campaign...Finished 3rd at the All-Atlantic Regional Championships in the 5000 meters, posting a career-best time of 17:52.77...Was Liberty League champion and earned 1st Team All-Conference in the same event at the Liberty League West Outdoor Championships, posting a time of 18:06.54...Double-winner for the Yellowjackets at the Geneseo-Ithaca-Rochester Triangular on Apr. 17, crossing first in the 1500 meters and 4x400 meter relay...Did not finish lower than 8th place during entire outdoor season, spanning 10 races...USTFCCCA All-Region honors in the 5K...Named Liberty League All-Academic.
At UR 2019-20: Indoor: Scored for Rochester at both the All-Atlantic Regional and Liberty League Championships, helping Rochester to solid team finishes in both meets...Was 4th on UR's DMR at the Liberty League meet, also finishing 9th in the mile...Individually, placed 7th in a PR 5:17.59 at the AAR meet in the mile...Overall, competed at five meets, winning the mile (5:31.00) at the RIT February Invitational...Named to the Liberty League All-Academic team in the spring season.
At UR 2018-19: Indoor: Competed six times during sophomore campaign indoors...Was Honorable Mention All-Liberty League following performance on 3rd place distance medley relay squad which posted a time of 12:43.85...Individually, had season-best result of 11th in the 800 meters at the RIT February Invitational...Ran personal-best time of 5:21.80 in the mile, placing 19th of 44 runners.
Outdoor: Four meet appearances...Finished 15th in the Liberty League Outdoor Championships in the 1500 meters (4:59.39)...Was 8th at the Hamilton Continental Invitational in the 1500 meters in a season-best 4:59.27...12th in 1500 meters at the St. John Fisher Cardinal Classic...Member of the Liberty League All-Academic Team.
