At UR 2020-21: Indoor: Won weight throw and placed third in the shot put at the Nazareth Triangular, UR's lone indoor scheduled competition...Tossed the weight 16.49 meters, good for a new facility record and was awarded USTFCCCA All-Region honors...Posted a mark of 11.11 meters in the shot put.
Outdoor: Finished senior season by being named USTFCCCA All-Region in the discus following a season-best toss of 40.88 meters which ranked 48th in Division III...Also, finished top-50 in the country in the hammer throw, following a career-best mark of 48.40 meters...Finished top-4 in the shot put, discus and hammer at the Liberty League West Championships, earning Honorable Mention All-League awards in the discus following a 3rd place finish...Four wins in discus events during the season and had six other top-3 results during the year in throwing events...Voted as team captain for third straight season...Liberty League All-Academic and USTFCCCA All-Academic honoree.
At UR 2019-20: Indoor: Was again one of the top throwers in the region, scoring top-8 finishes in all 12 events she competed in as a junior...Set personal-bests in both the weight throw (15.88m) and shot put (11.45m) at the Liberty League Championships, finishing 2nd and 6th, respectively...2nd Team All-Liberty League and USTFCCCA All-Region in weight throw...4th place at All-Atlantic Regional meet in the weight throw...Weight throw of 15.27m at RIT Tiger Invitational, earning event win...Team captain...Liberty League Field Athlete of the Week on Feb. 24...Liberty League All-Academic.
At UR 2018-19: Indoor: Limited to just two meets during the indoor season...Was weight throw champion at the Houghton Higlander Invitational on Jan. 18 and the Utica Pioneer Winter Classic on Dec. 8...Season-best mark of 14.82 meters in the weight throw...Also, finished 8th in the shot put at Houghton meet...Voted as one of UR's team captains.
Outdoor: Nine meet appearances during the spring and finished inside the top-10 in every competition, a total of 16 times...Had six wins...Liberty League champion in the discus with a mark of 40.60 meters, setting a new meet record...1st Team All-Liberty League in discus and 2nd Team All-League in the hammer throw after runner up finish...Season-best and new UR record 42.21 meter throw in the discus at the Geneseo Mid-Week Invitational in mid-April, ranking inside the top-35 in Division III this season...USTFCCCA Discus All-Region honoree...Double-winner in the discus and hammer throw at the Rochester Spring Classic on Apr. 20...Named Liberty League Field Performer of the Week on Apr. 29...Honored for academic work as member of the Liberty League All-Academic team...Honored by USTFCCCA as one of nine UR individuals to earn All-Academic accolades.
At UR 2017-18: Indoor: Participated in eight meets indoors and was UR's top individual thrower...Finished 4th in the weight throw (14.46 meters) and 8th in the shot put (10.99 meters) at the Liberty League Championships...Qualified for the All-Atlantic Regional Championships and finished 12th in the weight throw...Had 12 total top-8 finishes overall, with a season-best finish of 2nd coming in the weight throw at the Hamilton Continental Invitational...UR team best 14.58 meter toss in the weight throw this season.
