At UR 2018-19: Indoor: Team captain for the second straight season...Appeared in seven meets during senior campaign indoors...Scored in two events at the Liberty League Indoor Championships...Event winner as a part of UR's 4x400 meter relay, earning 1st Team All-Liberty League in the process...Also, was 8th in the 400 meters in an indoor-PR of 1:02.46, earning her top individual finish of the season...Posted two other relay wins during the season, coming in the 4x400 meters at the Ithaca Bomber Invitational on Feb. 3 and in the 4x200 meters at the Houghton Highlander Invitational on Jan. 18.
Outdoor: Made nine appearances during senior year outdoors...1st Team All-Liberty League as part of UR's 4x400 meter relay which set a new meet record (3:58.99) at the Liberty League Championships...Also, scored in the 4x100 meter relay (runner-up, 2nd Team All-League), javelin (4th) and 400 meters (7th, career-best 1:01.67) at the conference meet...Competed in the javelin and ended 18th at the All-Atlantic Regional Championships...Set career-best mark of 36.10 meters in runner-up finish at the Geneseo May Meet javelin competition...Was double-winner and had three top-3's at the UR Alumni Invitational on Apr. 14...12 total top-8 finishes...Named to the conference All-Academic Team by the Liberty League...Earned All-Academic accolades from the USTFCCCA following the season.
At UR 2017-18: Indoor: Elected a team captain as a junior...Ran at six meets...Earned Honorable Mention All-Liberty League status after being a part of UR's 3rd place distance medley relay at the conference championships...Ran on four top-3 relays during the season...Best individual result came at the Hamilton Continental Invitational where she was 14th in the 200 meters.
Outdoor: 2nd Team All-Liberty League honoree on the 4x100 meter relay team which finished 2nd in 49.84 seconds at the LL outdoor meet...Added a 4th place finish in the javelin at the Liberty League Championships and was 11th in the 200 meters...Career-best mark of 33.12 meters in the javelin at the Delhi Bronco Track & Field Classic, earning the event victory...Posted two runner-up results and a 5th place finish at the Rochester Twilight Classic on Apr. 20...Liberty League All-Academic.
At UR 2016-17: Indoor: Competed in eight meets as a sophomore...Was 15th at the ECACÂ Division III Indoor Championships as a part of UR's 4x200 meter realy...Relay also was 5th at the NYSCTCÂ Indoor Championships while she also was competing individually at states in the 200 meters, ending 15th...Was runner-up in her first meet of the season in the 400 meters...Placed 8th in the 400 meters and 9th in the 200 meters at the RIT February Invitational.
Outdoor: Finished in 5th place in three straight weeks in the javelin late in the season, with the middle week coming at the NYSCTCÂ Outdoor Championships...Tossed the javelin a season best 32.39 meters (106'3'') at the St. John Fisher Cardinal Classic which ended up being the second best mark by a UR athlete this season...Was on 3rd place 4x100 meter relay at the Cortland Classic whose time was 50.23 seconds, the best by a UR relay in 2017...Finished 4th in the javelin at the Nazareth ROC City Classic and was 4th on the 4x100 meter relay at the Golden Eagle Friday Night Invite the next week.
At UR 2015-16:Â
Indoor:Â Ran in three meets indoors during freshman season...Season best finish of 6th place as a part of the 4x200m relay at the RIT Early Season Invitational...Best individual finish came also at RIT in the 400m dash where she placed 10th in 1:05.43.
Outdoor:Â Competed five times, including ending 6th in the javelin at the NYSCTC Outdoor Championships with a toss of 31.30 meters...Was on 4th place 4x400m relay at the Nazareth ROC City Classic on Apr. 11 and ended 7th in the javelin at the Geneseo Mid-Week Invitational on Mar. 30.
HS:Â Hanover HS graduate lettered in nordic skiing and track and field, also playing soccer for the Marauders...Earned Most Improved honor in track and field...Also, was elected as team Rookie of the Year in skiing.
