At UR 2018-19: Indoor: The junior appeared in seven meets for the Yellowjackets and qualified for her first NCAA Division III Track and Field Championships...Finished 15th at NCAA's in the mile with a time of 5:08.81...Named All-Region from the USTFCCCA in the mile for her season-top time of 5:07.56 which ranked inside the top-50 in Division III...Scored in two events at the All-Atlantic Regional Championships, placing 4th in the mile and 5th on the distance medley relay team...Honorable Mention All-Liberty League following her 3rd place performance in the mile at the conference meet, also finishing 9th in the 800 meters...Personal-best indoor time of 2:21.84 in the 800 meters at the Brockport Multi & Invitational, ending in 4th place...Overall, accumulated 10 top-8 results during the season.

Outdoor: Seven meet appearances during the spring, including the All-Atlantic Regional and Liberty League Outdoor Championships...Was 5th in the 1500 meters at the AAR met, posting a time of 4:47.26...Was scorer in two events at the conference championships, finishing 3rd in the 1500 meters (Honorable Mention All-Liberty League) and 7th in the 800 meters...Six total top-10 performances during the year...Season-best 1500 meter time of 4:46.26 at the Bucknell Bison Classic...Ran 2:21.81 at the SJFC Cardinal Classic in the 800 meters (3rd place)...Member of the Liberty League All-Academic team and selected to All-Academic squad by the USTFCCCA.

At UR 2016-17: Indoor: Scored for UR in five events at across the ECAC and NYSCTC Indoor Championships, including winning two state titles on relays...4x800 meter relay finished 1st at the state meet in a school record time of 9:40.57 and was runner-up at ECAC's...Also, was on distance medley relay which captured state title in 12:15.21...Individually finished 7th in the mile at both the state meet and at ECAC's where she posted a 5:19.03, the 4th quickest time by a UR runner in the event this season...Runner-up in first college race at the Carnegie Mellon Invitational at SPIRE on Jan. 21, clocking in at 5:27.67 in the mile.

Outdoor: Competed in five meets for UR...Ran 12th at the NYSCTC Outdoor Championships in the 1500 meters, posting a time of 5:10.27...Finished 6th in the 800 meters at the Golden Eagle Friday Night Invite and was ono 7th place 4x400 meter relay at the Corland Classic...Named to All-Academic Squad by the USTFCCCA.

HS: Earned multiple letters for Westfield HS in cross country, indoor track and field and outdoor track and field...Named co-captain of 2015 cross country team and 2016 outdoor track and field team...Team MVP of XC as a senior when she also earned All-Conference Honorable Mention accolades...Personal best of 2:19.80 in the 800 meters...Helped set new school record in both the indoor and outdoor 4x800 meter relay...Team earned conference title in 2014 and 2015 and was fourth in the state sectionals in both years...Member of the National Honor Society.

Personal: Older brother Dan '18, attended Rochester and participated on the UR men's swimming and diving team.
