Outdoor: Appeared in eight meets during senior season outdoors...Team captain...Finished 4th at the Liberty League West Outdoor Championships in the 10000 meters (39:22.90)...Finished off career with personal best time of 18:34.24 in the 5000 meters, placing 11th at the AARTFC Outdoor Championships...Six top-5 results on the season, including two 3rd place runs, coming at the Geneseo Tri Meet and Brockport Friday Night Invite...Member of the Liberty League All-Academic Team.
At UR 2019-20: Indoor: Appeared in five meets, setting three new personal bests this season...Finished 5th in the 5000 meters (PR 18:54.15) at the Liberty League Indoor Championships...Also, was 9th in the 3K at the Liberty League meet...Pesonal-best 3K time of 10:42.38 at the Boston U. Valentine Invitational and finished in the top-8 twice at the Brockport Multi & Invitational on Feb. 8, including a PR time of 5:32.32 in the mile.
At UR 2018-19: Indoor: Ran five times indoors in distance events...Qualified for the Liberty League Championships in the 5000 meters and finished in 15th place with an indoor PR of 19:09.40...Had two top-5 runs, coming in the 5k at the Brockport Multi & Invitational and at the RIT February Invitational.
Outdoor: Competed five times, including at both the Liberty League and All-Atlantic Region Outdoor Championships during the spring...10th in the 10000 meters at the LL meet in a season-best 39:46.25, finishing 14th at the regionals in the same event...Ended in 6th place in the 10k at the UR Alumni Invitational and was 11th in the 5k at the Geneseo Early Season Invitational.
At UR 2017-18: Indoor: Appeared in four meets during rookie season...Was 6th in the 5000 meters at the RIT February Invitational, running a season-best 19:54.92...Placed 10th in the 3k at the Hamilton Continental Invitational on Jan. 19.
Outdoor: Ran four times...Was winner of the 5000 meters at the Rochester Twilight Classic, posting a time of 20:06.97...Finished 10th a week later in the 5k at the SJFC Cardinal Classic.
HS:Â Graduated from Lincoln-Sudbury Regional HS where she lettered in cross country, swimming and outdoor track and field for the Warriors...Named cross country team captain her senior season when she also earned the Coaches Award...Named Most Improved as a junior...Helped team win three straight XC league championships.
