At UR 2019-20: Indoor: Enjoyed outstanding final season indoors...Was set to compete at the NCAA Division III Indoor Championships in the long jump and earned USTFCCCA All-American recognition for her qualification...Ranked inside the top-50 in Division III in the long jump (5.60m, 22nd) and triple jump (11.32m, 43rd)...Named Liberty League Field Performer of the Year...Earned multiple 1st Team All-Conference honors after winning both the long jump and triple jump at the league meet...Earned Field Performer of the Meet honors at conference championships...Had 11 top-8 finishes across nine meets...Team captain for the 2019-20 season...USTFCCCA All-Region...Conference Field Performer of the Week on Mar. 2.

At UR 2018-19: Indoor: Took the next step forward, earning a spot at the NCAA Division III Indoor Championships in the long jump where she placed 13th with a jump of 5.31 meters...Set two new school records this season, coming in the triple jump (11.41 meters, 37' 5.25'') and the long jump (5.63 meters, 18' 5.75'')...Was 2-time champion and 1st Team All-League at the Liberty League Indoor Championships and also palced 7th in the pole vault, earning Field Perfomer of the Meet accolades following the competition...Her 22 team points helped the Yellowjackets place 2nd overall in the team standings...Earned two scoring performances at the All-Atlantic Regional Championships, placing 3rd in the long jump and 6th in the triple jump...Named All-Region by the USTFCCCA in the long jump, ranking 16th in Division III this season...Also, was top-30 in the nation in triple jump performance...Nine overall top-3 finishes during the season.

Outdoor: Earned a number of accolades during spring season...Was one of four Rochester athletes to represent the school at the NCAA Division III Championships, competing in the long jump where she finished in 18th with a 5.48 meter jump...Broke long jump school record, posting distance of 5.67 meters at the All-Atlantic Regional Championship, finishing 5th and ranking #22 nationally in Division III...Also, was 12th at AAR meet in triple jump...named Liberty League Field Performer of the Meet at the conference championship, winning both the long (meet record 5.64m) and triple (11.39m) jumps...Two 1st Team honors from the Liberty League and was 2nd Team after runner-up finish on 4x100 meter relay...USTFCCCA All-Region in the long jump...Went 2-for-2 in long jump and triple jump wins at both Rochester home meets in mid-April...Seven total wins during the season and ten top-10 results...Two-time Liberty League Field Performer of the Week (5/6, 5/20)...Top-50 national ranking in the triple jump.

At UR 2017-18: Indoor: Competed at eight meets during sophomore season indoors...Was Liberty League Indoor champion in the triple jump, posting a mark of 10.91 meters, a season-best which ranked in the top-100 in NCAA Division III...1st Team All-LL in triple jump...Added 6th place finish at LL meet in the long jump...Qualified for the All-Atlantic Regional Championships and placed 11th in the triple jump...Was runner-up in triple jump at the NYU DIII Invitational, helping Rochester take the team title...Eight overall top-8 finishes on the season.

Outdoor: Continued strong season by setting two new school records in the horizontal jumps, both coming at the All-Atlantic Regional meet...Jumped 11.55 meters (37'10.75'') to tie UR record in triple jump, earning 5th place, also posting a leap of 5.66 meters (18'7'') to place 6th...Earned two All-Liberty League accolades, including 1st Team honors after winning the triple jump...Ended runner-up in the long jump (2nd Team)...Event winner in triple jump at the Delhi Bronco Track & Field Classic on Apr. 14...Ended season ranked inside the top-40 within NCAA Division III in both the long (32nd) and triple jumps (39th).

At UR 2016-17: Indoor: Limited to just two meets during freshman season...Placed runner-up in the triple jump at the Houghton December Classic, earning a mark of 10.58 meters, the best indoor performance by a UR athlete this season...Was 5th in the long jump (4.76 meters) at the Carnegie Mellon Invitational at SPIRE on Jan. 21.

HS: Graduated from Maryvale Preparatory School where she participated on the indoor and outdoor track and field teams...Named indoor track and field team MVP as a senior following an outdoor season as a junior when she was team Rookie of the Year...Earned All-Conference accolades in indoor and outdoor track as a senior...Career best of 35'6'' in the triple jump, 16'5'' in the long jump and 5'0'' in the high jump...Member of the National Honor Society, Math Honor Society, Spanish Honor Society and was a Bausch and Lomb Science Award recipient.
