At UR 2020-21: Indoor: Competed in two events at the Nazareth Triangular, running the 60 meters and 4x400 meter relay...Finished runner-up on the relay team, running in a time of 4:15.97, a time good enough to earn USTFCCCA All-Region honors for the indoor season...Added a 5th place result in the 60 meter dash, clocking in at 8.48 seconds.
Outdoor: Tremendous sophomore season outdoors which culminated in All-American honors on UR's 4x400 meter relay...Relay placed 3rd at NCAA's in 3:48.08, after running a school-record 3:46.33 in the prelims...Also, ran on school-record 4x100 meter relay during the season which had a time of 48.20...Both relays finished the season in the top-40 in NCAA Division III and earned All-Region honors from the USTFCCCA...Was 1st Team All-Liberty League honoree following two wins on the 4x100 meter and 4x400 meter relays...Also, Honorable Mention All-League individually in the 400 meters...Finished season with 24 top-8 finishes and nine wins...Part of UR's relay which earned Liberty League Performer of the Week honors on May 3...Conference Rookie of the Week on May 17...Three podium finishes as the AARTFC Outdoor Championships, including two 3rd place relay results.
At UR 2019-20: Indoor: Made seven appearances during first-year season with Rochester...Named an All-American by the USTFCCCA for her exploits on UR's 4x400 meter relay...Made an immediate impact, being a part of Rochester's school record setting 4x400 meter relay which posted a time of 3:49.43 at the Boston U. Valentine Invitational...Relay qualified for NCAA Championships and was seeded #5 entering the meet...USTFCCCA All-Region on 4x400 meter relay...Also, ranked #34 in Division III individually in the 400 meters with a 57.95 second time at BU...Part of winning 4x400 meter relay at the All-Atlantic Region Championships and finished 9th in the 400 meters...11 top-8 finishes, including five wins...Was double-winner in first college meet, finishing first in the 600 meters and on 4x400 meters...Three runner-up finishes at Nazareth Conference Challenge Cup on Jan. 25, turning that into Liberty League Rookie of the Week award the following week.
