At UR 2018-19: Indoor: Appeared in six meets indoors during junior season...Recorded a career-best performance of 2,356 points in the pentathlon at the Brockport Multi & Invitational, finishing in 5th place overall...Scored for the Yellowjackets in the pentathlon at the Liberty League Indoor Championships, helping Rochester finish second in the team standings...Her LL performance was 2,295 points and featured a career-best run of 11.04 seconds in the 60 meter hurdles...Also, ran on 5th palce 4x400 meter relay at the Utica Pioneer Winter Classic on Dec. 8.
Outdoor: Competed four times...Best finish came in the 100 meter hurdles at the UR Alumni Invitational when she was 7th in 19.43 seconds...Personal best time of 29.58 seconds in the 200 meters at the Rochester Spring Classic, finishing 10th...Earned Liberty League All-Academic accolades.
At UR 2017-18: Indoor: Qualified for the Liberty League Indoor Championships and ended 9th in the pentathlon, scoring 2,138 points...Was 15th in the high jump at the Hamilton Continental Invitational...15th in 60 meter hurdles at the RIT February Invitational.
Outdoor: Finished in 10th place at the Liberty League Outdoor Championships in the heptathlon, accumulating a score of 2,573 points...Had solid meet at the Rochester Twilight Classic on Apr. 20, finishing 3rd on 4x400 meter relay, 7th in the 100 meter hurdles and 10th in the long jump...Season-best time of 19.23 seconds in the 100 meter hurdles, coming at the RIT Mid-Week Invitational.
At UR 2016-17: Indoor: Competed in six meets for Rochester as a freshman...Qualified for the NYSCTC Indoor Championships in the pentathlon and long jump, finishing 15th in the pentathlon with a score of 2,209 points...Was 14th at states in the long jump, earning a distance of 4.27 meters...Had the second best high jump height (1.50 meters, 4'11'') by a UR athlete this season, coming at the Brockport Golden Eagle Multi & Invitational...Was 5th in the high jump at the RIT February Invitational.
Outdoor: Participated in four meets, one of which was the NYSCTC Outdoor Championships where she placed 11th in the heptathlon with 3,017 points, also winding up 18th in the high jump...Was 6th in the state pentathlon 800 meters in a season best time of 2:36.96, also placing 8th in the high jump pentathlon event with a height of 1.46 meters (4'9.5'') which ended up being the second best mark on UR this season....Placed 8th in the high jump at the Nazareth ROC City Classic on Apr. 9.
HS:Â Attended Emmaus HS where she lettered in cross country, swimming and diving and track and field for the Green Hornets...Member of XC team that qualified for three straight seasons to the Pennsylvania state meet...Personal best of 2:35 in the 800 meters, 4'10'' in the high jump and 30'9'' in the triple jump.
