Outdoor: USTFCCCA All-Region in the 10,000 meters after running a PR 38:06.39 at the All-Atlantic Region Outdoor Championships (2nd place)...Four Top-5 finishes...Scored a 2nd place finish in the 5000 meters (18:07.56) at the Dr. Jack M. At UR 2020-21: Indoor: Finished 3rd in the 3000 meters at the Nazareth Triangular, ranking as the top-D3 finisher in the race...Crossed the finish in 10:50.19 and earned USTFCCCA All-Region honors for that performance.
Outdoor: Had strong first season outdoors with the Yellowjackets...Qualified for the AARTFC and Liberty League Championships in the distance events...Was runner-up at the Liberty League meet in the 10000 meters, finishing in 38:33.85, garnering 2nd Team All-Conference accolades in the process...Was 12th in the 5000 meters at the regional meet with a season-best 18:37.42 time...Suzanne J. At UR 2019-20: Indoor: Enjoyed a successful first-year season with Rochester indoors...Qualified for the Liberty League Indoor Championship in the 5000 meters and placed 6th in 18:58.66, helping Rochester to a runner-up team finish...Placed inside the top-8 five times across six meets, with a season-best result of 3rd coming in the mile at the RIT February Invitational...3K top time of 10:54.48 at the Brockport Multi & Invitational.
