At UR 2018-19: Indoor: Competed seven times during senior season indoors...Ran on UR's 3rd place distance medley relay squad at the Liberty League Championships, earning All-League Honorable Mention status in the process...Recorded a season best indivdual finish of 3rd in the 500 meters at the Brockport Multi & Invitational on Jan. 26, adding a 3rd place run on the 4x400 meter relay at the same meet.

Outdoor: Finished out career by competing in five meets outdoors...Qualified for the Liberty League Championships in the 400 meters and placed 10th with a time of 1:02.98...Earned three top-8 finishes at the Rochester Spring Classic, including running on 2nd place 4x400 meter relay...Honored with a spot on Liberty League All-Academic team.

At UR 2017-18: Indoor: As a junior, ran in seven meets...Earned 2nd Team All-Liberty League accolades, running as a part of UR's 2nd place 4x400 meter relay at the conference championships in 4:03.51, UR's season-best time which ranked #69 in NCAA Division III...Placed 7th individually in the 400 meters in an indoor PR of 1:02.57 at the LL meet...1st runner across the finish in the 500 meters at the Hamilton Continental Invitational...Eight overall top-8 results during the season, including two at the Houghton December Classic.

Outdoor: Was on 4x400 meter relay which ended as Liberty League Championship on May 5...Added 5th place result in the 400 meters, clocking in at 1:01.72, a new career-best...Qaulified for the All-Atlantic Regional Championships and ended 13th in the 800 meters...Two runner-up placements at the Rochester Twilight Classic on Apr. 20, coming in the 800 meters and 4x400 meter relay.

At UR 2016-17: Indoor: Enjoyed another solid year, competing in eight meets as a sophomore indoors...Was on runner-up 4x800 meter relay team at the ECAC Division III Indoor Championships, with team running 9:43.44...Medaled twice at the NYSCTC Indoor Championships, earning 3rd on the 4x400 meter relay in a UR season best time of 4:08.57, while also placing 6th individually in the 800 meters...Had two top-3 finishes at the RIT February Invitational, finishing 2nd on 4x400 meter relay and 3rd in the 800 meters....Season best 800 meter time of 2:22.36 at the Boston U. Valentine Invitational was the second quickest on UR this season.

Outdoor: Was a part of a new school record at the NYSCTC Outdoor Championships, helping UR's 4x800 meter relay capture 1st place in a time of 9:19.42...Also, was on 6th place 4x400 meter relay team at states and individually placed 8th in the 800 meters...4x400 meter relay team was 1st across the finish at the Cortland Classic, clocking in at 4:06.18, a UR season best time this year, while she also was 7th in the 800 meters at Cortland, posting the second best time on UR this season (2:20.48)...Ended 4th in the 800 at the Golden Eagle Friday Night Invite on Apr. 14.

At UR 2015-16: Indoor: Burst onto the scene as a freshman and made an immediate impact for the Yellowjackets...Competed in eight meets, with the highlight being her 2nd place finish at the ECAC Indoor Championships in the 500m, posting a season best time of 1:18.56...Also, competed on UR's 4x400m relay at ECAC's and finished in 14th...Was on 2nd place distance medley relay team at the NYSCTC Championships and added a 9th place result in the 500m...DMR had time of 12:09.59 which ranked #24 in NCAA Division III...Overall, had eight top-8 results, including a win in the 500m at the Golden Eagle Invite on Feb. 20...Named All-Academic selection by the USTFCCCA.

Outdoor: Scored in two events for the Yellowjackets at the NYSCTC Outdoor Championships, helping UR to a runner-up finish in the team standings...Was 2nd on UR's 4x400m relay which had a team best 4:01.51 time this year, also placing 7th in the 400m hurdles in 1:08.10...Won the 400m hurdle event at the Nazareth ROC City Classic on Apr. 11, one of 10 top-8 results during the spring.

HS: Earned letters in cross country and indoor and outdoor track and field for the Jesters of Emma Willard HS...Named team captain of both track and field squads as a senior...Helped outdoor track team to league championship in 2015.
