At UR 2022-23: Indoor: The senior appeared six times indoors for the Yellowjackets...Ran on 3rd place 4x400 meter relay team at the Brockport Multi on Feb. 4, earning her best finish of the season...Ended 16th in the 800 meters at same meet...Ranked 10th in the 800 meters (2:36.24) at the RIT February Friday Invitational.

Outdoor: Competed five times outdoors for Rochester...Ran the 400 meter hurdles at the Liberty League Outdoor Championships, finishing 12th in the preliminaries with a 1:17.91 time...Helped UR's 4x400 meter relay to a pair of top-6 finishes at the St. John Fisher Cardinal Classic (3rd, 4:29.10) and the UR Alumni Invitational (6th, 4:35.47)...Earned Liberty League All-Academic recognition.

At UR 2021-22: Indoor: Competed in five meets...Placed 5th in the 4x400 meters, clocking in at 4:36.24, at the Nazareth Alumni Invite on Dec. 10...Ranked 15th in the 400 meters (1:09.14) at the Winter Welcome Back to Brockport Meet on Jan. 22.

Outdoor: Appeared in four meets, competing in the 400 meter hurdles, 800 meters and the 4x400 meter relay...Three Top-10 finishes, including a podium finish (3rd, 4:20.56) in the 4x400 relay at the UR Alumni Invite on April 30...Member of the Liberty League All-Academic team.

At UR 2020-21: Indoor: Had successful meet at the Nazareth Triangular, UR's lone indoor competition of the season...Finished as runner-up in both the 800 meters (2:35.05) and on the 4x400 meter relay (4:15.97), earning USTFCCCA All-Region honors for the indoor season as part of the relay.

Outdoor: Scored for Rochester in the Liberty League West Championships, finishing 7th in the 400 meter hurdles in 1:16.14...Had six top-3 results during the season, including two wins on UR's 4x400 meter relay team...Was runner-up in two events at the Geneseo-Ithaca-UR Tri-Meet on Apr. 17...Honored academically as a Provost Circle Scholar and was Liberty League All-Academic member.

At UR 2019-20: Indoor: Competed at seven meets during sophomore campaign...Was on 4th place distance medley relay at the Liberty League Championships which had a team-best time of 13:12.55 this season...Ran on three other 4th place relays during the season...Top individual result came at the Nazareth Alumni Opener where she finishes 7th in the 600 meters...Honored with Suzanne O'Brien Book award from UR...Liberty League All-Academic selection.

At UR 2018-19: Indoor: The first-year ran in six meets during the indoor season...Qualified for the Liberty League Championships in the 60 meter hurdles where she ranked 18th with a prelim time of 11.05 seconds...Had season-best performances in both the 60 meter hurdles (10.83 seconds) and 400 meters (1:05.22) at the Ithaca Bomber Invitational on Feb. 3...Runner-up in the 400 meters at the Utica Pioneer Winter Classic...Recorded seven overall top-10 finishes.

Outdoor: Competed at two meets...Finished 8th in the 400 meter hurdles at the Geneseo Early Season Invitational, clocking in 1:12.73...Ran on 9th place 4x400 meter relay at the Hamilton Continental Invitational, also competing in 100 meter hurdles and 400 meters.

HS: Attended Mercer Island HS in Seattle, Washington...Lettered in cross country, track and field and soccer for the Islanders...Track and field team captain as a senior...Was Most Valuable Track Athlete in 2017 campaign...Helped team earned 2nd place finish in the state on 4x200 meter relay in 2015.
