At UR 2018-19: Indoor: Competed in six meets during first season on the track with UR...Earned Honorable Mention All-Liberty League accolades as a part of distance medley relay which finished third in 12:43.85...Also, finished 8th individually in the 3000 meters at the Liberty League Indoor Championships in 10:32.07 which was a season-best...Qualified for the All-Atlantic Regional Indoor Championships in the 3k...Recorded five overall top-8 finishes during the season, including a 5th place result in the 3000 meters at the Brockport Multi & Invitational on Jan. 26.

Outdoor: First-year runner competed at six meets, including the Liberty League and All-Atlantic Regional Championships...Finished runner-up in the 5000 meters at the St. John Fisher Cardinal Classic, posting a time of 18:33.99...Was 3rd in the steeplechase at the Rochester Spring Classic, crossing the finish in 12:10.39.
