At UR 2016-17: Indoor: The senior finished off her UR career competing in four meets...Placed 16th in the pentathlon at the NYSCTC Indoor Championships, a result that was aided by a 3rd place finish in the 60 meter hurdles, clocking in at 10.04 seconds, the third best time by a UR runner this season...Finished in the top-10 in three events at the RIT February Invitational, including posting the third best long jump by a UR athlete this season, earning a distance of 4.87 meters.

Outdoor: Once again competed four times, qualifying for the NYSCTC Outdoor Championships in three events, earning her first state medal with an 8th place result in the 100 meter hurdles...Had second best time on Rochester in the prelims of the 100 hurdles, clocking in at 16.50 seconds, a season best...Also, ended 13th in the heptathlon and 15th in the long jump at the state meet...Posted a lifetime best mark of 4.95 meters in the long jump at the Golden Eagle Friday Night Invite on Apr. 14, placing 9th.

At UR 2015-16: Indoor: Competed in five meets during the indoor season, including finishing 8th in the pentathlon at the NYSCTC Championships, helping UR to a runner-up finish...Scored 2,511 points, a career high in the event while posting season bests in all five events, including career marks in the 60m hurdles (9.93 seconds) and long jump (4.92m)...Placed 7th in the pentathlon at the Brockport Multi & Invitational.

Outdoor: The junior kept strong season going, qualifying for the ECAC Outdoor Championships in the 100m hurdles where she placed 29th in 16.15 seconds...Had season bests in five of seven events in the heptathlon at the NYSCTC Multi-Event Championships where she placed 11th with a career best 2,940 points...Those marks included PR's in the high jump (1.41m) and javelin (13.95m)...Also, ended 10th in 100m hurdles at the state meet...Was 5th in the 100m hurdles at the Rochester Spring Invite.

At UR 2014-15: Indoor: The sophomore ran in six meets during the indoor season...Placed 12th in the pentathlon at the NYSCTC Indoor Championships with a score of 2,288 points...Had a season best result of 6th place in the long jump at the RIT Early Season Invitational on Dec. 11...Was 8th in the pentathlon at the Brockport Golden Eagle Invitational.

Outdoor: Participated six times, including in two events at the NYSCTC Outdoor Championships...Was 10th in the 100m hurdles (16.41 sec.) and 11th in the heptathlon (2,882 points) at states...Also, ended 7th in the 100m hurdles at the Nazareth ROC City Classic on Apr. 11.

At UR 2013-14: Indoor: Participated in seven meets as a freshman...Qualified for the Pentathlon at the NYSCTC Indoor Championships where she wound up in 10th place...Finished 3rd in the 4x200m relay at the season opening RIT Early Season Invitational.

Outdoor: Ran in two meets during the spring season.

HS: Attended Old Saybrook HS where she lettered in cross country and track and field for the Rams...Named captain of indoor track junior and senior seasons, XC and outdoor track as a senior...Earned All-Conference honors in 100m hurdles and 4x200m relay as a junior and senior...Helped Rams to conference titles all four years outdoors, three straight during indoor season...Team finished runner up in the state in both indoor and outdoor seasons in 2012-13...Personal best of 8.7 seconds in 55m hurdles and 15.8 seconds in 100m hurdles...Member of the National Honor Society and was a two-time Scholar Athlete.
