At UR 2015-16: Indoor: Ran in six events during indoor portion of junior season, placing in the top-9 in all six...Was on 6th place 4x800m relay team at the ECAC Indoor Championships, helping UR to an 8th place finish in the team standings...Four runners combined on time of 7:57.78 which was the best by a UR quartet during the indoor season...Finished 3rd individually at the NYSCTC Championships, clocking in at 1:57.84 in the 800m.
Outdoor: Competed in five meets outdoors, including at the NYSCTC Outdoor Championships where he finished in 22nd in the 800m...Was on 1st place 4x400m relay at the Geneseo Mid-Week Invitational, the first meet of the outdoor season...Ended 6th on the 4x800m relay at the Bucknell Bison Outdoor Classic.
At UR 2014-15: Indoor: Competed in eight meets indoors as a sophomore...Scored five times across the ECAC and NYSCTC Indoor Championships...Was on 5th place 4x800m relay at ECAC's while individually finishing 8th in the 800m (UR indoor best 1:55.30 in 2015)...Helped UR capture state title with three top-6 performances, coming on the distance medley relay (2nd), in the 800m (3rd) and on the 4x800m relay (6th)...Had five other event wins on the year, including two in the season opening RIT Early Season Invitational...Was on school record setting DMR at the Boston U. Valentine Invitational where the team ran a time of 10:03.05 and finished in 9th place.
Outdoor: Backed up solid indoor year with an equally strong outdoor season...Was on 3rd place 4x800m relay that posted UR's quickest time of the season (7:44.09) at the ECAC Championships...Same 4x800m relay earned state champion honors at the NYSCTC Outdoor Championships...Also, was 3rd in a personal best time of 1:55.06 in the 800m at states...Had six other top-8 finishes with one coming as a win on 4x800m at the UR Alumni Invitational.
At UR 2013-14: Indoor: Ran in four meets during winter of freshman season...Earned 2nd place finish on 4x800m relay at the Cornell Deneault Invitational on Feb. 22.
Outdoor: Broke out as one of UR's top middle distance runners...Ran in seven meets, earning a NYSCTC Outdoor title in the 4x800m relay...Also, finished 7th at states in the 800m...Ran on 10th place 4x800m relay squad at the ECAC Outdoor Championships...Posted a win in the 800m at the Rochester Spring Invite, running a season best 1:57.02.
HS: Earned letters in soccer (3), track and field (4) and cross country (1) for The Browning School...Soccer captain as a junior, track and XC captain his senior year...Two-time track and field MVP...Helped Panthers win NYCAL title in 2012 season...Personal best of :51.06 in 400m and 2:00.51 in 800 m.
