At UR 2016-17: Indoor: Finished off career with another solid season...Participated at the NYSCTC Indoor Championships in the shot put and weight throw, ending in 13th and 14th respectively...Weight throw mark of 13.63 meters (44'8.75'') was a career best for the senior...Had two top-5 results at the RIT February Invitational, ending 5th in the weight throw and 4th in the shot put after a career best toss of 11.11 meters (36'5.5'')...Finished among the leaders at the Houghton December Classic in both the shot put and weight throw.

Outdoor: Competed at the NYSCTC Outdoor Championships in three events, finishing 10th in the shot put, 15th in the hammer throw and 17th in the javelin...Ended career on a high note, tossing the hammer a career best 41.02 meters (134'7'') at the St. John Fisher Last Chance Meet which was her final collegiate event...Three solid results at the Golden Eagle Friday Night Invite, placing 10th in the shot put and 11th in both the hammer and javelin...Shot put mark of 10.58 meters (34'8.5'') was the second best by a UR thrower this season.

At UR 2015-16: Indoor: Competed in seven meets, including the NYSCTC Indoor Championships...Finished 15th at the state meet in the weight throw and 17th in the shot put...Weight throw distance was 12.43m and a new personal best...Finished 6th at the RIT Early Season Invitational in the shot put, earning her highest finish of the season.

Outdoor: Strong season outdoors, qualifying for the NYSCTC Championships in three events, ending 13th in the javelin, 15th in the hammer throw and 16th in the shot put...Set a career best mark of 37.13m in the hammer at the state meet...Ended runner-up at the Rochester Spring Invite in the javelin with a career long toss of 28.98m.

At UR 2014-15: Indoor: Sophomore thrower competed in six meets indoors...Had a season best result of 10th place three different times all coming in the shot put (RIT Early Season Invitational, Ithaca Invitational and Brockport Golden Eagle Run)...Qualified for the NYSCTC Indoor Championships in the shot put where she ended in 17th with a toss of 10.32m.

Outdoor: Participated four times for the Yellowjackets...Was 8th at the NYSCTC Outdoor Championships in the javelin with a season best toss of 27.71m...Also, qualified for states in the hammer throw where she placed 25th...Recorded a 4th place finish in the javelin at the Cortland Classic on Apr. 17-18.

At UR 2013-14: Indoor: Competed in six meets overall as a freshman during indoor season...Best toss of 9.84 in the shot put at the RIT Orange/Brown Invitational on Feb. 21.

Outdoor: Earned a total of six top-10 finishes across four meets during the spring...Placed 10th in the javelin at the NYSCTC Oudoor Championships, tossing 26.48m...Earned two 4th place results in the hammer and javelin at the SUNY G Open on Apr. 18.

HS: Attended Fall Mountain Regional HS in Langdon, NH...Participated in track and field for the Wildcats.
