At UR 2016-17: Indoor: Had excellent senior season indoors, scoring for the Yellowjackets in both the 3000 meters and 5000 meters at both the ECAC and NYSCTC Indoor Championships...Was runner-up in 5k at ECAC's in 18:03.64 and was 6th in the 3k in 10:24.72...Both times were the third best on UR this season and ranked inside the top-100 in NCAA Division III...Finished 5th in both events at the NYSCTC Championships...Finished in 4th place two other times during the year in the 3000 meters, coming at the Houghton December Classic and at the RIT February Invitational.

Outdoor: Posted career best times in two events during the spring season, running 36:59.73 at the Bucknell Bison Classic, ranking third on UR and #38 in NCAA Division III...Also, posted a PR in the 1500 meters at the St. John Fisher, clocking in at 4:58.73 in a 10th place finish...Was 3rd at the NYSCTC Outdoor Championships in the 10000 meters, posting a time of 39:04.68...Earned spot on USTFCCCA All-Academic squad.

At UR 2015-16: Indoor: Competed seven times, with the highlight coming at the NYSCTC Indoor Championships where she was 1st in the 5000m in 17:55.76, a UR team best time this season...Finished in 6th place at states in the 3000m...Finished inside the top-10 four times during the winter season.

Outdoor: Was a state champion for the second time as a junior, taking the NYSCTC Outdoor title in the 10000m in 37:57.26...Was first across the finish at the St. John Fisher Cardinal Classic in the 5000m on Apr. 30.

At UR 2014-15: Indoor: Ran five times for UR during indoor season...Qualified for the NYSCTC Indoor Championships and ran 20th in the 5000m...Posted season best time of 19:18.87 in the 5k at the Bomber Invitational on Jan. 31...Was 4th in the mile at the Ithaca Invite.

Outdoor: Competed in four events...Recorded another 20th place finish at the NYSCTC Outdoor Championships, running the 5k in just over 20 minutes...9th place in the 5000m at the Cortland Classic in a time of 19:01.40.

At UR 2013-14: Indoor: The freshman participated in five meets during the indoor season...Posted a season best finish of 15th in the 800m at the Brockport Golden Eagle Invite on Jan. 31.

Outdoor: Competed in four meets during the spring for the Yellowjackets...Season best time of 2:37.29 in the 800m at the Rochester Spring Invitational on Apr. 26.

HS: Attended Stuyvesant HS where she was a member of the track and field and bowling squads...Captained indoor and outdoor track and field teams as a senior and was 3-time Greyducks bowling captain and team MVP.
