At UR 2015-16: Indoor: The sophomore hit the track in eight meets indoors...Competed on the 4x400 meter relay which finished in 12th place at the ECAC Indoor Championships, posting a UR season best time of 3:23.39...Finished 9th individually in the 400 meters (season best 51.81) at the NYSCTC Championships and was on 7th place 4x400m relay...Was a winner on 4x400m relay at the Brockport Golden Eagle Multi on Jan. 30 and finished 4th individually in the 400 meters.

Outdoor: One of nine outdoor meets was the ECAC Championships as a part of the 4x400 meter relay which ran a season best 3:20.44 and finished in 17th...4x400m relay was 7th at the NYSCTC Championships and individually finished 18th in the 400 meters...Season best 400m time of 51.17 at the Bucknell Bison Classic.

At UR 2014-15: Indoor: Ran in seven meets during freshman season indoors...Earned runner-up finish on 4x400m relay at NYSCTC Championships while also placing 10th individually in the 400m (:52.95)...Was on two 3rd place 4x400m relays early in the season...5th place at Ithaca Invitational on Feb. 7.

Outdoor: Competed six times...Posted a season best time of :51.56 in the 400m at the NYSCTC Outdoor Championships where he placed 16th...Was on 3rd place 4x400m relay at the Cardinal Classic on Apr. 25.

HS: Graduate of Fort Walton Beach HS where he participated on the track and field and cross country teams...Received track Coaches Award during his senior year.
