At UR 2017-18: Indoor: Ran five times during senior year...Earned two 4th place finishes at the Liberty League Indoor Championships, coming in the 800 meters (1:58.53) and on the 4x400 meter relay (3:27.70)...4x400 relay time was 19th best in the Atlantic Region...Finished 2nd on 4x400 meter relay and 3rd in the 500 meters at the Hamilton Continental Invitational on Jan. 19...Named a UR Garnish Scholar (top senior student-athletes) during the fall.

Outdoor: Did not finish lower than 8th in any race during final outdoor season...Was strong at the Liberty League Championships, scoring in both the 800 meters (6th) and the 4x400 meter relay (3rd, Honorable Mention All-LL)...Ended runner-up in the 800 meters in front of the home crowd at the Rochester Twilight Classic on Apr. 20...Named to Academic All-District team by CoSIDA...Also, was one of 28 from UR to be named Liberty League All-Academic.

At UR 2016-17: Indoor: Had another strong season as a junior...Had top time on UR in three events, including in the 800 meters where he set a personal best time of 1:55.07 at the Boston U. Valentine Invite on Feb. 11...Also, was on UR's top relays in both the 4x400 meter relay which ranked #37 in NCAA Division III (3:22.44) and on the distance medley relay...Was NYSCTC Indoor Championship medalist in three events, including champion on 4x400 meter relay while also placing 4th in 800 meters and on DMR...Competed in two events at the ECAC Division III Indoor Championships and scored in both, finishing 2nd on 4x400 meter relay and 8th individually in the 800 meters...Posted two top-3 finishes at the Brockport Golden Eagle Multi & Invitational on Jan. 28.

Outdoor: Kept tremendous campaign going during the spring season, compiling 10 top-8 finishes across six meets...Was NYSCTC champion outdoors in the 4x800 meter relay while also scoring at the state meet in the 4x400 meter relay (5th) and the 800 meters (7th)...Was ranked second on the team in the 800 meters this season, clocking in at 1:56.21 at the Oneonta Final Qualifier, also finishing the year third in the 400 meters after a runner-up performance of 51.02 seconds at the St. John Fisher Last Chance Meet...4x400 meter relay posted a UR season best mark of 3:17.56 at the Oneonta Final Qualifier and ended up being ranked #56 in NCAA Division III...Named to USTFCCCA All-Academic Squad.

At UR 2015-16: Indoor: Competed in eight meets...Finished 9th in the 500 meters at the ECAC Championships in a personal best time of 1:06.35...Also, competed on 4x400m relay at ECAC's that ended 12th in a UR seaosn best 3:23.39...Won a NYSCTC title as a part of the DMR while also scoring podium finishes in the 500m (4th), 4x200m (4th) and 4x400m (7th)...Was on 1st place 4x400m relay at the Brockport Golden Eagle Multi and Invitational on Feb. 30.

Outdoor: Was on two relays for Rochester at the ECAC Oudoor Championships, placing 17th and 22nd repectively on the 4x400m and 4x100m relays...Both squads posted UR season best times in the event (43.04 in the 4x100m and 3:20.44 in the 4x400m)...Finished in 7th at the NYSCTC Championships on the 4x400m relay and was 16th individually in the 400 meters...Won first race of the spring season, coming on the 4x400m relay at the Geneseo Mid-Week Invite on Mar. 30.

At UR 2014-15: Indoor: Had a great freshman season, competing in eight meets...Ran on one school record setting relay, coming in the 4x200m relay (1:29.53) at the ECAC Indoor Championships...Also, was on the 4x400m relay (3:20.58) at the Boston U. Valentine Invitational which posted the best indoor time in that event...Overall, scored in two events at both the ECAC and NYSCTC Championship meets, coming in the 4x200m (2nd in NYS, 3rd ECAC) and 4x400m (3rd NYS, 7th ECAC) while also competing individually in both meets in the 500m...Posted two wins at the Brockport Golden Eagle Invitational on Jan. 24 following a two win meet at the RIT Early Season Invitational on Dec. 11.

Outdoor: Competed in eight meets...Finished on 6th place 4x400m relay team at the ECAC Outdoor Championships, also running individually at ECAC's in the 400m...Finished in 19th place at the NYSCTC Outdoor meet...Season best time in 400m of :49.90 seconds at the UR Alumni Invitational on Apr. 2.

HS: Played basketball, football, soccer and track and field at Averill Park HS.
