At UR 2017-18: Indoor: The senior ran at five meets during the indoor campaign...Qualified for the Liberty League Indoor Championships in the 5000 meters and ended up in 14th place with a indoor-PR of 15:55.27...Season-best result of 4th place in the 5k at the RIT February Invitational.

Outdoor: Competed six times...Scored for the Yellowjackets in the 3000 meter steeplechase at both the All-Atlantic Regional Championships (7th) and the Liberty League Outdoor Championships (6th)...Ran a career-best time of 9:44.45 in the steeplechase at the Lynchburg Jack Toms Invitational in March, finishing 5th in the race...Winner in the 5000 meters at the Rochester Twilight Classic...Ended season ranked 19th in the Atlantic Region in the steeplechase...Was a Liberty League All-Academic selection.

At UR 2016-17: Indoor: Appeared in four meets indoors...Was runner-up at the RIT February Invitational in the 5000 meters, clocking in with a season best 16:02.68 time, good for the third best on UR during the indoor season...Was 9th in the 5k at the Utica Pioneer Invitational.

Outdoor: Strong season during the spring culminated with a win in the St. John Fisher Last Chance Meet, coming in the 3000 meter steeplechase...Was 5th at the NYSCTC Outdoor Championships in the steeplechase, clocking in at 9:47.43, the second best time on UR this season...Ended 5th in the steeplechase at the Cortland Classic.

At UR 2015-16: Indoor: Ran in five meets during sophomore season...Finished 6th at the ECAC Indoor Championships as a part of the 4x800m relay which ran a UR season best time of 7:57.78...Also, scored for Rochester at the NYSCTC Championships in the 1000m when he placed 8th in a season best 2:37.14..Two top-8 results at the Golden Eagle Invite on Feb. 20.

Outdoor: Competed in six meets outdoors and ended in 11th at the NYSCTC Championships in the 3000m steeplechase in a season quickest time of 9:59.81...Finished 3rd at the Rochester Spring Invite and the St. John Fisher Last Chance Meet in the 3000m steeplechase.

At UR 2014-15: Indoor: Competed in six meets indoors, including the NYSCTC Championships...Ran to a 10th place finish in the 1000m at states...Had eight other top-10 finishes during the season with his best result coming as a runner-up in the mile at the RIT Early Season Invitational...Also, was 3rd on 4x800m relay at RIT.

Outdoor: Competed in three events for the Yellowjackets during outdoor season.

HS: Attended West Genesee HS where he lettered all four years on the cross country and indoor and outdoor track and field teams...Was co-captain as a senior on all three squads...Was Wildcats XC MVP as a junior and indoor and outdoor track and field MVP as a senior...Was 2014 Section III champion on the 4x800m relay team while helping 2013 XC team earn a bid to compete at the NYS Federation Championships...Member of the National Honor Society.
