At UR 2016-17: Indoor: The senior appeared in seven meets indoors...Ended 7th in the 1000 meters at the ECAC Division III Indoor Championship...Placed 7th at the NYSCTC Indoor Championships on UR's 4x800 meter relay while also individually finishing 9th in the 1000 meters...Had a personal best time of 4:33.44 in a 4th place finish in the mile at the Utica Pioneer Invitational...Also, posted lifetime best 1000 meter time of 2:33.57 at the Boston U. Valentine Invitational on Feb. 11...Had a great meet at the Brockport Golden Eagle Multi & Invitational, finishing in the top-5 in three events, placing 3rd in the mile, 4th in the 4x400 meter relay and 5th in the 800 meters.

Outdoor: Qualified for the NYSCTC Outdoor Championships and ended 14th in the 1500 meters...Posted a personal best time of 4:11.21 in the 1500 meters the week prior at the St. John Fisher Cardinal Classic...Was 4th in the 3000 meter steeplechase at the St. John Fisher Last Chance Meet...Ended 9th in the 800 meters at the Golden Eagle Friday Night Invite.

At UR 2015-16: Indoor: Competed in six meets...Ran at the ECAC Division III Championships as a part of UR's 4x800m relay team that finished in 6th place in a time of 7:57.78, a team best during the indoor campaign...Individually, placed 4th in the 1000m at the NYSCTC Championships, helping Rochester secure the team title...Posted a personal best time of 2:35.71 in a 4th palce finish in the 1000m at the Golden Eagle Invite on Feb. 20.

Outdoor: Started outdoor season strong, finishing in the top-5 in two evetns at the Genseo Mid-Week Meet on Mar. 30, placing 3rd in the 800m and 5th on the 4x400m relay...Qualified for the NYSCTC Outdoor Championships and finishing 14th in the 800m running a season best time of 1:59.24.

At UR 2014-15: Indoor: Joined program as a sophomore, competing in six meets indoors...Ran on 6th place 4x800m relay (8:04.90) at the NYSCTC Indoor Championships, helping UR take the team title.

Outdoor: Ran in five meets...Qualified for the NYSCTC Outdoor meet in the 800m where he finished 13th in a season best time of 1:59.01...Was on 4th place 4x400m relay squad at the SJFC Cardinal Classic on Apr. 25.

HS: Attended Pittsford Mendon HS where he lettered in cross country, track and field and skiing for the Vikings...Named Team captain of the cross country team while also being the Most Improved Player in his senior season...Was an All-County and Section V champion on the track team.
