At UR 2016: Competed in three races, earning top-100 finishes in each during senior season...Was 78th in the open event at the Rowan University Border Battle on Oct. 15...Top 8k time of 27:22.9 at the Geneseo Mike Woods Invitational, leading Rochester's runners across the finish.

At UR 2015: The junior made his first appearances with the UR cross country team in 2015...Competed in five meets, posting a top 8k time of 27:06.45 in the open race at the Rowan University Border Battle...Scored for UR with his 74th place result at the Roberts Wesleyan Harry Anderson Invitational...37th place finish at the Rochester Flower City Opener on Sept. 5...Overall, defeated 61% of opposing runners.

HS: Attended Pittsford Mendon HS where he lettered in cross country, track and field and skiing for the Vikings...Named Team captain of the cross country team while also being the Most Improved Player in his senior season...Was an All-County and Section V champion on the track team.
