At UR 2016: Was limited to just two events as a senior, but made them count with strong efforts in both...Finished 3rd overall at the Roberts Wesleyan Harry Anderson Invitational, helping the Yellowjackets finish as runner-up...Ended in 40th place, best on UR at the Lehigh University Paul Short Run, clocking in at 25:26...Named to UAA's All-Academic team for the third straight season...Served as one of the two team captains.

At UR 2015: Competed in a team high six events as a junior and was the top runner for the Yellowjackets all season long, averaging a finish of 34.8 during the season...Started out season with a victory in the Rochester Flower City Opener, defeating 71 other runners...Placed 20th of 231 at the Rowan University Border Battle in a season best 8k time of 25:19.54...Scored in UR's top-5 of all six races including at the UAA Championships (24th) and the NCAA Atlantic Regional (64th)...Defeated 86.1% of opposing runners, tops on Rochester...Named to UAA's All-Academic team and earned Scholar-Athlete recognition from the USTFCCCA.

At UR 2014: Improved as a sophomore, posting two top-25 finishes to start the season at the Oswego Invitational (9th) and Yellowjacket Invitational (19th)...Career best 8k time of 25.35.7 at Oswego...Was one of UR's seven runners in the NCAA Atlantic Regional meet at GVP in November...Defeated over 81% of opposing runners during the season...Named to UAA's All-Academic team.

At UR 2013: Ran in five races as a freshman...Posted season fastest time by over 40 seconds at the season opening Oswego State Invitational on Sep. 7, running a time of 27:19.0, good for 28th place in a field of 162 runners...Topped over 100 runners, placing 59th at the Yellowjacket Invitational on Sep. 14.

HS: Graduated from Nonnewaug HS where he was a member of the cross country and track and field teams...Named All-League in cross country for three years and was All-State as a senior...Helped Chiefs to league cross country title in his freshman and junior season and state runner up finish in his sophomore and senior years...Member of the National Honor Society.
