At UR 2016: Ran in five events during his senior season...Had season best 8k time at the NCAA Atlantic Regional, coming in 130th in 26:40.5...Placed 42nd at the UR Yellowjacket Invitational, leading all Rochester runners to the finish...Earned third straight All-Academic honor from the UAA.

At UR 2015: The junior was tied for the team lead running in six events...Was a top-5 scorer on UR in three of those, including at the NCAA Atlantic Regional...Placed 13th, a season best, at the Rochester Flower City Opener on Sept. 5...Had a season best 8k race of 26:32.88 at the Rowan University Border Battle...Named to UAA's All-Academic team for the second straight year.

At UR 2014: Competed in five events as a sophomore, earning a season best finish of 29th place at the NYSCTC Championships on Oct. 25...Ran for UR at the UAA Championships the following week...Named to UAA All-Academic team.

At UR 2013: Freshman ran in five events during his first tour on the River Campus...Ended in 52nd place at the NYSCTC Championships on Oct. 26...Season best time and result of 30th place (27:20.5) at the Oswego State Invitational on Sep. 7.

HS: Attended Starpoint HS where he lettered in cross country, track and field and soccer for the Spartans...Named XC and track captain as a junior and senior...Earned team MVP as a junior and senior in cross country and as a senior on the track as a middle distance runner...1st Team All-League in cross country and was a NY state meet qualifier as a junior and senior...Personal bests include 2:04 in the 800m and 16:35 in cross country (5k).
