Indoor:Â Competed in five meets during the indoor season as a junior...Finished 9th at the ECAC Indoor Championships in the 5000m, running a career best time of 15:14.54 in the process...Finished 7th at the NYSCTC meet in the 5000m and was 11th in the 3000m...Had best 3000m time by a UR runner indoors, finishing the race in 8:38.35 at the Fastrack National Invite...Was 4th at his first meet of the season at the Brockport Multi & Invitational.
At UR 2014-15: Indoor: Emerged as one of UR's best distance runners on the track as a sophomore...Competed in six meets indoors, including the ECAC and NYSCTC Indoor Championships...Placed 11th in the 5000m at ECAC's and was 3rd at states in the same event...Also, ended 19th in the 3000m at the NYSCTC meet...Posted event wins at the MIT Gordon Kelly Invitational and at the Ithaca Bomber Invitational in the 5k where he posted UR's top time of the season (15:14.84).
Outdoor: Posted his best career championship finish in the 10000m at the NYSCTC Championships where he ended in 3rd place...Turned in a 13th place run in the 10k at the ECAC Outdoor Championships...Had UR's season best time of 31:17.87 in the 10000m at the Bucknell Bison Classic, ending the season ranked 38th in NCAA Division III.
At UR 2013-14: Indoor: Competed in seven meets to start UR track career...Qualified for the NYSCTC Championships in the 5000m, finishing in 16th place in a time of 16:08.01...Had a season best finish of 6th place three times.
Outdoor: Ran in four meets during spring season...Posted a 2nd place finish in the 10000m at the UR Alumni Invitational on Apr. 6, running in a time of 32:38.59...Ended in 7th place in the 10k at the NYSCTC Outdoor Championships, helping UR secure a 2nd place finish in the team competition.
HS: Graduated from Nonnewaug HS where he was a member of the cross country and track and field teams...Named All-League in cross country for three years and was All-State as a senior...Helped Chiefs to league cross country title in his freshman and junior season and state runner up finish in his sophomore and senior years...Member of the National Honor Society.
