At UR 2016-17: Indoor: Once again selected as a team captain...Appeared in eight meets for UR...Was on runner-up 4x400 meter relay team at the ECAC Division III Indoor Championships that ran a 3:22.44, the top time for a UR relay this season...Also, placed 10th on 4x200 meter relay at ECACs...Competed in four events at the NYSCTC Indoor Championships and won state title on 4x400 meter relay...Finished 6th on 4x200 meter relay and 9th in the 60 meter hurdles and 400 meters...Had second best 400 meter time indoors on UR, running in 51.83 seconds...Overall, had 10 top-8 finishes during the indoor season.

Outdoor: Ran in eight meets during the spring...Earned three podium spots at the NYSCTC Outdoor Championships, finishing 5th in the 4x400 meter relay, 5th in the 400 hurdles and 8th in the 110 hurdles...Clocked a 15.80 second prelim time at the state meet in the 110 hurdles, a career best...Was on winning 4x400 meter relay at the Cortland Classic on Apr. 23...Also, competed on 4x400 meter relay which had UR's best time this season, clocking in at 3:17.56, ending the season ranked #56 in NCAA Division III...Runner-up in the 400 hurdles at the Nazareth ROC City Classic, posting a season best time of 55.97 seconds...Named to USTFCCCA All-Academic Squad.

At UR 2015-16: Indoor: The junior was elected captain during 2015-16 season...Ran in seven meets including the NYSCTC and ECAC Championships...Was 7th in the 60m hurdles at the NYSCTC meet, running a career best 8.81 seconds in the prelims...Also, finished 7th on the 4x400m relay and was 14th in the 400m...Was on 12th place 4x400m relay at the ECAC Championships which ran a UR indoor season best 3:23.39...Had two top-5's at the RIT Early Season Invitational on Dec. 10, placing 3rd on the 4x400m relay and 5th in the 400m...Set personal best time of 1:09.53 in the 500m at the Brockport Multi & Invitational on Jan. 30.

Outdoor: Participated in nine meets outdoors...Earned a podium spot for UR at the NYSCTC Championships, claiming 5th in the 400m hurdles...Posted a career best time of 55.63 seconds in the prelims of the 400m hurdles at the ECAC Championships, winding up in 16th place...Was 2nd in the 400m hurdles at the Rochester Spring Invite and 4th in the 4x400m relay...Won 400m hurdle event at the Geneseo Mid-Week Invitational on Mar. 30, the first outdoor meet of the seaosn.

At UR 2014-15: Indoor: Competed in five meets indoors as a sophomore...Was one 2nd place 4x400m relay at the NYSCTC Championships while also scoring in the 60m hurdles (8th place), helping UR earn the team title...Posted five other top-8 finishes including two at the RIT Early Season Opener on Dec. 11 to open the season.

Outdoor: Had a very strong outdoor campaign...Was on 6th place 4x400m relay at the ECAC Outdoor Championships, also finishing 18th at ECAC's in the 400m hurdles...Earned three top-10 finishes at the NYSCTC Championships, including a 3rd on the 4x400m relay which posted a team best time of 3:19.49 for the 2015 season...Also, was 6th in the 110m hurdles and was 9th in the 400m hurdles...Had the quickest time for a UR runner in the 400m hurdles (:55.70) in a 3rd place finish at the UR Alumni Invitational on Apr. 2.

At UR 2013-14: Indoor: Competed in three meets during freshman season...Ran in middle distance events and earned two top-10 finishes at the Cornell Deneault Invitational on Feb. 22.

Outdoor: Had a great outdoor season, finishing 4th at the NYSCTC Outdoor Championships in the 400m hurdles, posting a UR seasons best time of :56.39...Earned 10 total top-5 finishes across seven meets during the spring, including two runner-up finishes at the Rochester Spring Invite Apr. 26.

HS: Attended Hunterdon Central Regional HS where he earned letters in cross country and track and field...Named All-West NJ in 400m hurdles in 2013 when he ran his personal best of :56.69...Helped Devils to conference titles in both indoor and outdoor track in his senior year...Member of the National and Science National Honor Society.
