At UR 2016-17: Indoor: Combined to break two school records during the winter of senior season...Was on UR's 4x800 meter relay which captured 1st place at the NYSCTC Indoor Championships in a school record time of 9:40.57...Also, was 3rd in the 1000 meters and 4th in the 5000 meters at states...Set another school mark on distance medley relay the following week at the ECAC Division III Indoor Championships, finishing 4th in 12:01.12, ranking #18 in NCAA Division III...Also, ranked #35 nationally in the 3000 meters after her 3rd place run at ECAC's, earning a time of 10:07.17...Finished 1st at the Houghton December Classic in the 3000 meters...Had indoor career best of 17:37.93 at the Boston U. Valentine Invitational in the 5000 meters, ranking #40 in NCAA Division III.
Outdoor: Qualified for her first NCAA Division III Championships, running to a 22nd place finish in the 3000 meter steeplechase...Earned spot at nationals with a school record breaking run of 10:43.86 at the Bucknell Bison Classic which ended the season ranked #6 in NCAA Division III...Was on 4x800 meter relay which captured state title in a school record time of 9:19.42...Also, finished 1st in the steeplechase at the NYSCTC Championships...Placed 1st in the 5000 meters at the St. John Fisher Cardinal Classic...Earned USTFCCCA All-Region accolades for her performance during the season in the steeplechase...Also, was named to All-Academic Squad by the USTFCCCA.
At UR 2014-15:Â
Indoor:Â Competed four times indoors as a sophomore...Was 3rd in the mile at the RIT Early Season Invitational, posting a time of 6:02.51...Had two top-10s at the Ithaca Invite on Feb. 7, placing 6th on 4x400m relay and 9th in the 800m (season best 2:36.30).
Outdoor:Â Had solid outdoor season for the second straight year...Ended 5th at the NYSCTC Outdoor Championships in the 3000m steeplechase, posting UR's best time in the event this season (11:26.00)...Also, ran on 6th place 4x800m relay at the state meet, recording another 2015 team best time...Was winner of the 5000m at the UAlbany Last Chance Meet on May 9...2nd in 3000m steeplechase at the Nazareth ROC City Classic.

Indoor:Â Ran in five meets during winter of freshman year.
Outdoor:Â Found her stride during the outdoor season, earning strong finishes in the 3000m steeplechase...Qualified for the NYSCTC Outdoor Championships, finishing in 16th place...Was 3rd at the Rochester Spring Invite and ended 5th at both the ROC City Classic and the UR Alumni Invitational.
HS:Â Attended C.W. Baker HS where she lettered in cross country, bowling and indoor track and field...Named cross country team captain junior and senior years while leading the bowling team from 10th grade on...Named XC MVP as a junior and senior, bowling MVP for four seasons...4-time 1st Team All-League XC selection, Named All-Section as a senior and participated in the NY State meet...Bowling 1st Team All-League 10th-12th grades and was All-Section junior and senior seasons when she also qualified for the state championships...Member of the National Honor Society.
