TFRRS StatsAt UR 2014-15: Indoor: Capped off four year career with a strong showing during senior season indoors...Named team captain for 2014-15...Ran in three events at the ECAC Indoor Championships, finishing on 2nd place distance medley relay which set a new school record of 12:06.28 and ended the season ranked 34th in NCAA Division III...Also, was 11th in the 1500m (UR season best 4:48.63) and 15th in the mile at ECAC's...Ran a career best time of 5:11.90 in the mile at the NYSCTC Championships when she placed in 2nd, also scoring for Rochester in the 1000m (4th) and the DMR (8th)...Career best time in the 1000m at the BU Valentine Invitational where she ran a time of 2:58.80, also a UR team best this season...Captured event wins at the Brockport Golden Eagle Run, the Ithaca Invitational and the RIT Early Season Invitational.
Outdoor: Competed in six meets outdoors...Participated in three events at the NYSCTC Championships, scoring 6th place finishes in the 1500m and on the 4x800m relay...Was also 10th in the 800m...Was winner in the 1500m at the UAlbany Last Chance Meet on May 9...Set career best time of 2:20.93 in the 800m at the Cortland Classic.
At UR 2013-14: Indoor: Broke out in a big way as a junior, becoming an ECAC Indoor champion in the 1000m, running a 3:01.13...Also, ran at ECAC's on the 4x800m relay which placed in 8th...Earned 3rd in both events at the NYSCTC Indoor Championships...Had the quickest time by a UR runner in the 1000m indoors this season.
Outdoor: Continued exceptional season in the spring, competing in seven meets and earning a total of 10 top-10 finishes on the year...Placed 22nd at the ECAC Outdoor Championships in the 1500m...At the NYSCTC meet, was on 2nd place 4x800m relay and finished 5th in the 1500m and 7th in the 800m, scoring UR season best times in all three events...Times in 800m (2:23.48) and 1500m (4:45.43) are personal bests....Won 800m at the SUNY G Open on Apr. 18.
At UR 2012-13: Outdoor: The sophomore competed in three meets during the spring earning a best finish of 2nd place on the 4x800m relay at the UR Alumni Invitational (10:08.90)...Finished in 7th individually at the Rochester Spring Invitational in the 800m after a time of 2:29.17.
At UR 2011-12: Indoor: Scored in both the 1000m run (6th, 3:11.74) and 4x800m relay (4th, 10:06.14) at the NYSCTC Championships Feb. 24-25...Competed on the 4x800m relay that ran at the ECAC Division III Indoor Championships.
Outdoor: Finished as a member of the 5th place 4x800m relay (9:37.14) at the ECAC Division III Outdoor Championships...Posted a season best time in the 1500m at the NYSCTC Championships, running 5:02.70 and earning 13th place...Ran on the 2nd place 4x800m relay at the UR Alumni Invitational where she also placed 10th in the 800m in a season best time of 2:28.55.
HS: Attended North Branford HS where she lettered all four year in cross country and track and field...2-time Thunderbird cross country captain, indoor and outdoor track captain as a senior...MVP in all three sports her senior season...Member of the National Honor Society.
