At UR 2023: Junior ran in four meets...Posted his best finish at UAAs, finishing 75th with a 28:59.1 time...Clocked in a 8k PR of 27:09.5 at the Mike Woods Invitational...Scored UAA All-Academic honors.

At UR 2022: Competed four times...Opened season with 27th place finish at the Houghton Highlander Short Course, helping UR to a runner-up finish...Top-half of the field finisher at the SUNY Geneseo Mike Woods Invitational, ranking as Rochester's second runner in 148th place at 27:40.1...Placed 58th of 259 runners in the open race at the Oberlin Inter-Regional Rumble...UAA All-Academic selection.

At UR 2021: Appeared in five meets for Rochester during rookie season...Finished in UR's top-5 runners twice, coming at the St. John Fisher Invite and Geneseo Mike Woods Invite...Two top-50 results on the year, finishing 20th in first collegiate meet...Top 8k time of 27:52.7 at the Roberts Wesleyan Harry Anderson Invitational on Sep. 25.

HS: Attended Potsdam HS (NY) where he was a member of the Sandstoners cross country and track and field programs...Cross Country team captain for three years, also leading both indoor and outdoor track and field team as a senior...Cross Country MVP twice during his career, earning All-District honors as a freshman and three straight All-Northern accolades...PR's of 53.15 in the 400 meters, 2:03 in the 800 meters and 16:50.4 in the cross country 5k...Helped team to Section X outdoor track and field title as a senior in 2021...Graduated Summa Cum Laude...Part of Science Olympiad, Positivity Club, Whiz Quiz, Model UN, Chess Club and Varsity Club.
