At UR 2024: Senior ran in six meets...Notched a top-100 result at the NCAA DIII Niagara Region Championships, placing 75th with a time of 27:30.6...Set a new personal-best, 8k time at the UAA Championships on Nov. 2, coming in 63rd with a 26:32.9 time...Opened the year with a season-best 38th place (16:43.1) at the Hamilton Short Course on Sept. 14...Named to UAA Fall All-Academic Team.

At UR 2023: Competed five times as a junior...Earned a top-50 finish to open the year at the Highlander Short Course, placing 26th with a 4k personal best of 12:46.4...Set a new 8k PR at the Mike Woods Invitational, crossing the finish line in 26:30.0...Added top-100 finishes at the Yellowjacket Invitational (84th) and the UAA Championships (71st)...UAA All-Academic selection.

At UR 2021: Ran five times during rookie campaign...Placed 50th at the St. John Fisher Terry Rodenbeck Invite...Among top-5 finishers on UR twice in 2021...Earned best 8k time of the year at the Roberts Wesleyan Harry Anderson Invitational, clocking in at 28:28.0.

HS: Attended Rush Henrietta HS where he was a member of the varsity cross country, indoor track and field and outdoor track and field teams...Also, played JV baseball...Named cross country captain as a senior...Personal best time of 54 seconds in the 400 meters, 2:06 in the 800 meters and 4:37 in the 1600 meters...Helped Royal Comets to 2019 Section V outdoor track and field team title...Also, was on sectional winning indoor 4x800 meter relay in 2020.
