At UR 2023: Raced four times as a first-year...Earned a top-100 finish to open the year at the Highlander Short Course, finishing 66th with a time of 13:40.0...Ran a season's-best time of 29:15.2 at the Mike Woods Invitational.

HS: Ran track & field and cross country at Rush-Henrietta Senior High School...Track & Field Team Captain his senior year...Earned Indoor Track & Field MVP honors junior year...20223 Indoor First-Team All-County in the 4x800 meter relay...Section 5 Class A winner in the 4x800 meter relay...2022 First-Team All-County in the 1K and 4x800 relay...2022 NYS Cross Country Federations...5K personal-best time of 18:01...Personal-best times of 4:44 in the 1,600 meters, 2:42 in the 1K, 2:04 in the 800 meters, 1:30 in the 600 meters and 54.6 in the 400 meters...Helped the Royal Comets to runner-up finishes at the 2022 Indoor Track Sections and 2021 and 2021 Outdoor Track Sectionals...Member of the National Honors Society, RIT Step, Black Scholars and DECA State Conference.
