At UR 2024: Ran six times as a senior...Finished in the top 50 twice and earned one top-25 result...Competed at both the NCAA DIII Niagara Regional Championships (65th, 27:22.8) and the UAA Championships (69th, 26:49.8)...Kicked off the fall season with a season-best 13th-place finish and 5k PR of 16:03.1 at the Hamilton Short Course on Sept. 14...Added another top-35 result the following week at the Yellowjacket Invitational (33rd, 27:16.8)...Finished just outside the top 50 (54th, 27:50.9) at the Kara Hall Memorial Invitational on Oct. 5...Received third-straight UAA All-Academic recognition.

At UR 2023: Junior had a breakout campaign, competing in six meets for the 'Jackets...Posted four top-100 results, including three top-50s...Beat 60.23 percent of runners faced...Opened the year with a season-best 21st-place finish at the Highlander Short Course, running a 12:42.2 time...Crossed the finish line in 26:13.1 at the Mike Woods Invitational, a new 8k PR...Added two more top-50 results at the Yellowjacket Invitational (41st) and UAAs (49th)...Competed at the NCAA Niagara Regional, finishing 75th out of 176 runners...Earned UAA All-Academic status.

At UR 2022: The sophomore runner competed in four events...Had season-best 8K time at the UR Yellowjacket Invitational, running 28:26.6 in placing among the top-half of the field...Finished 35th at the Houghton Highlander Short Course to open the season...Member of the UAA All-Academic team in the fall.

At UR 2021: First-year runner appeared in five races...Had one top-50 result, coming at the St. John Fisher Terry Rodenbeck Invitational, placing 46th...Was among UR's top-5 scorers twice...Top 8k time of 27:57.4 at the SUNY Geneseo Mike Woods Invitational on Oct. 2.

HS: Graduated from Webster Schroeder HS...Lettered in cross country, nordic skiing and outdoor track and field for the Warriors...Cross country co-captain for two seasons, also earning team MVP twice...Was Most Improved during sophomore year on track and field team...1st Team All-County honors in cross country as a senior...PR of 16:43 for 5k, 4:50 in the mile and 2:02 in the 800m...Member of the National Honor Society and Spanish Honor Society...Graduated Summa Cum Laude...Scholar Athlete.

Personal: Father, David Sullo '94, attended Rochester and was a member of the Yellowjacket cross country and track and field programs...David participated on the 1991 NCAA Division III National Championship winning cross country team.
