Outdoor: Competed eight times outdoors during first year...Earned Honorable Mention All-Liberty League status after running on UR's 3rd place 4x400 meter relay (season best 3:21.68), also finishing 14th individually at the conference championships in the 1500 meters...Qualified for the Atlantic Regionals and placed 8th in the 800 meters with a season-best time of 1:56.56...Had the quickest time on Rochester this season in the 1500 meters, posting a 4:02.48 time at the Rochester Twilight Classic when he was first across the finish...Picked as Liberty League Rookie of the Week on Mar. 26, following performance at the Lynchburg Invitational where he had two third place results.
HS:Â Earned four varsity letters in cross country, indoor track and outdoor track for the Generals of Hamilton-Wenham Regional HS...Named XC captain as a senior...Earned team MVP of all three teams as a senior...Junior year was XC MVP as well and was named Most Improved as a sophomore in outdoor track and field...Earned All-League XC honors in sophomore and junior season and was D5 honoree for three straight years...Personal best times of 49.93 in the 400 meters, 2:00.2 in the 800 meters and 16:16 in 5k for track and field...Team was two-time D5 East Champions, three-time CAL Baker Division champions and was state runner-up once...Part of school record relays in the 4x800, 4xMile and DMR...Gabe Pacione Memorial Scholarship Recipient, President of the Political Club and member of the Jazz Band.
At UR 2018: Appeared in five races for Rochester, earning two top-50 placements and an average finish of 71.0...Was 30th at the UAA Championships and 42nd at the Yellowjacket Invitational...Defeated 73% of opposing runners...Posted season-best time of 26:25.8 at the Rowan Inter-Regional Border Battle, placing 98th of 400 runners...Second UR finisher at Atlantic Regional, finishing in 58th place.
At UR 2017: Strong first season with the Yellowjackets, competing in all seven meets...Compiled an average finish of 54.8, second on the team, also beating 66% of opposing runners...Led UR to the finish at the Brockport Early Season Short Course, finishing in 15th place...Was 8th in the open race at the Williams Purple Valley Classic...Rochester's second runner at NCAA Regionals, placing 108th in a season best time of 26:31.9.
