At UR 2024: Senior turned in another stellar season on the course, running in five meets...Finished in the top-100 in all five, earning three top-25 finishes...Scored USTFCCCA All-Region accolades with a 23rd-place finish and 26:00.2 time at the NCAA DIII Niagara Regional...UR's second-highest finisher at UAAs, placing 40th (25:45.3)...Second-lowest average finish on the team at 34.80...Defeated 83.92 percent of opposing runners...Kicked off senior season with a 12th-place result and 5k PR of 15:55.7 at the Hamilton Short Course on Sept. 14...Added another top-20 result at the Kara Hall Memorial Invitational on Oct. 5, placing 20th with a time of 26:47.9.

At UR 2023: Standout season for the junior capped off by USTFCCCA All-Region honors...Competed in six meets for UR, averaging a team-best 45th-place finish...Finished in the top-50 four times and the top-25 twice, beating nearly 82 percent of opposing runners...Earned All-Region honors with an 18th-place result at the Niagara Regional, crossing the finish line with a new 8k PR of 25:07.7...Opened the year with a season-best 13th-place result at the Highlander Short Course, setting a new 4k PR of 12:25.8...Was UR's second-place finisher at UAAs, coming in 42nd with a 26:37.6 time...Added another top-50 result at the Yellowjacket Invitational (39th), and finished just shy of the top-50 at the Mike Woods Invitational (54th).

At UR 2022: Competed on six occasions in sophomore season and had five top-75 results...Finished seventh and was UR's second runner at the Houghton Highlander Short Course on Sep. 1, posting a 5K time of 16:02.02...Helped UR to fourth place finish as a team at the NCAA Niagara Regional, running 66th of 172 runners at GVP...Top time in an 8K race at the Lehigh University Paul Short Run, clocking in with a time of 26:21.9...Among UR's top-5 at the UAA Championships, running in 61st place...Part of UR's contingent on the UAA All-Academic team.

At UR 2021: Appeared in four meets during rookie season...Placed 31st of 226 runner in the open race at the Rowan University Border Battle...Had season-best time of 27:59.5 in 91st place result at the UR Yellowjacket Invitational on Sep. 18...Among UR's top-5 runners at the SUNY Geneseo Mike Woods Invitational on Oct. 2.
