At UR 2025-26: Indoor: Six meet appearances as a first-year...Had eight total races and finished no lower than 10th place overall...Was on 3rd place distance medley relay (10:21.65) at the Liberty League Championships, earning Honorable Mention All-Liberty League and USTFCCCA All-Region honors following the season...Individually, placed 6th in the 800 meters (season-best 1:57.67) at the Liberty League meet...Runner-up in the mile at the Nazareth Conference Tune-Up, posting a season-best time of 4:25.07...Earned 2nd place at the Ithaca-Brockport-Rochester Tri-Meet at Feb. 7, coming in the 800 meters.

Outdoor: Capped off rookie season by winning the All-Atlantic Region Outdoor Championships in the 1500 meters, running a season-best 3:49.39...Earned USTFCCCA All-Region honors and was #33 on the NCAA Division III qualifying list in the 1500 meters...Competed at the Liberty League Championships in two events, scoring in both the 1500 meters (4th) and 800 meters (7th, season-best 1:53.23 prelim time)...Was 800 meter winner at the URochester Alumni Invitational on Apr. 19...Scored two top-5 finishes at the Division I William & Mary Colonial Relays, including ending runner-up in the 1500 meters...Named Liberty League Rookie of the Week on May 18, following regionals.

HS: Attended Providence Day School...Ran cross country and track for the Chargers...2025 All-State Cross Country...2023, 2024 All-Conference Cross Country...Personal-best times of 1:56 in the 800 meters, 4:22 in the mile and 9:28 in the two mile.
