At UR 2023-24: Indoor: Ran seven times across six meets indoors...Posted top result of the season at the RIT February Friday Invitational on Feb. 9, crossing the line 10th in the mile in 4:39.81...Had top 3000 meter time of 9:23.89 at the Nazareth Conference Tune-Up on Feb. 16...Placed 13th in the 5000 meters (16:55.30) at the Conference Challenge Cup on Jan. 27...Opened collegiate career with 13th place result in the mile at the Nazareth Alumni Opener on Dec. 8.
Outdoor: Six meet appearances outdoors...Qualified for the Liberty League Championships in the 3000 meter steeplechase, ending in 13th place in 10:32.03...Had two top-8 results during the season, both coming in the steeplechase...Was 3rd at the Geneseo Quad Meet and Multi (10:21.87, season-best) and finished 6th at the Brockport Multi & Invitational...Ran the 1500 meters in 4:20.33, good for 17th place at the Rochester Spring Twilight.
