Outdoor: Appeared in four meets outdoors, competing in the distance events for the Yellowjackets...Qualified for the Liberty League Championships in both the 5,000 and 10,000 meters, setting a new personal-best time with a 10th-place finish and 31:38.87 time in the 10,000 meters...Came in second in the 10,000 meters at the AARTFC Outdoor Championships...Five top-six results, including a pair of first-place finishes...Hit a new PR in the 3,000-meter steeplechase (6th, 9:51.71) to open the year at the Colonial Relays...Topped the field in the 10,000 meters at the Brockport Multi & Invitational...Notched another event win the following week in the 5,000 meters, setting a new PR with a time of 15:13.50.

At UR 2024-25: Indoor: First-year distance runner competed in three meets indoors...Ran a season-best time in the 3,000 meters (9:23.83) at the Brockport Multi & Invitational on Feb 8...Posted a season-best finish of 16th in the 3,000 meters at the Nazareth Conference Challenge Cup on Jan. 25.

Outdoor: Ran in five meets outdoors...Came in sixth in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the Liberty League Outdoor Championships, clocking in with a season-best time of 9:55.29...Had three top-10 finishes...Finished in the top-five of the steeplechase at both the Geneseo Early Season Invitational (4th) on April 5 and the Rochester Spring Twilight (3rd) on April 14.
