At UR 2024-25: Indoor: Appeared in five meets as a sophomore distance runner...Opened the year with a top-10 finish in the 3,000 meters (8th) at the Nazareth Alumni Opener...Set a season-best mark in the 3,000 meters (9:27.69) at the Nazareth Conference Challenge Cup...Season-high third-place result in the 5,000 meters at the Brockport Multi & Invitational.

Outdoor: Competed five times outdoors...Ran the 800 and 1,500 meters to open the year at the Bill Q Invitational at Geneseo, placing ninth in the 800 meters...Added another top-10 result and a season-best time in the 5,000 meters (16:02.45) at the UR Alumni Invitational...Clocked in with a season-best time in the 1,500 meters (4:11.94) at the Cardinal Classic...Received Liberty League All-Academic accolades.
