At UR 2025-26: Indoor: Seven meet appearances...Was a scorer for the Yellowjackets in the 60 meters at the Liberty League Indoor Championships, placing 7th in 7.09 seconds (indoor PR of 7.06 seconds in prelims)...Also, ran at Liberty League's in the 200 meters (21st, 23.31 seconds)...Part of 4x200 meter relay team that earned a win at the season-opening Nazareth Alumni Opener on Dec. 5...Top individual finish of 4th place in the 60 meters at the Ithaca-Brockport-Rochester Tri-Meet on Feb. 7...Was 7th (of 22) in the 60 meters and 15th (of 62) during the 200 meters at the Nazareth Conference Challenge Cup.

Outdoor: Ran at seven competitions outdoors...Part of URochester school record-setting 4x100 meter relay at the All-Atlantic Region Outdoor Championships, with the group running 41.84 seconds...Also, competed at regionals individually in the 100 meters, finishing 22nd in 10.95 seconds...USTFCCCA All-Region and Second Team All-Liberty League in the 4x100 meter relay...Competed at the Liberty League meet in three events, finishing 2nd in the 4x100 meter relay (42.57 seconds), 5th in the 100 meters (10.96 seconds) and 28th in the 200 meters (24.26 seconds)...Personal-best 100 meter time of 10.86 seconds at the RIT Bill Q Invitational, earning a runner-up finish...Won 4x100 meter relay at the Brockport Multi & Invitational and RIT Bill Q Invitational...Top-5 finishes in two relay events at the Division I William & Mary Colonial Relays in early April...Ten top-5 finishes on the season...Liberty League All-Academic honoree.

At UR 2024-25: Indoor: First-year competed five times indoors...Competed in the 60 meters at the Liberty League Championships and finished 11th with a season-best time of 7.06 seconds...Tallied three top-10 results...Opened the year with a pair of top-five finishes at the Nazareth Alumni Opener, placing fourth in the 60 meters and helping UR's 4x200-meter relay to a third-place finish...Came in sixth in the 60 meters at the Nazareth Conference Tune-Up.

Outdoor: Contested seven meets during the outdoor campaign...Scored Second-Team All-Liberty League honors in the 4x100-meter relay at the Liberty League Outdoor Championships, running the second-leg of UR's second-place relay...Also earned a top-eight finish in the 100 meters (8th, 11.09), placed 18th in the 200 meter prelims and set a season-best time in the 100-meter prelims (10.87) at the conference championships...Qualified for and competed in both the 100 and 200 meters at regionals...Earned nine top-10 results, including a pair of event wins...Finished second in the 100 meters and sixth in the 200 meters at the Rochester Spring Twilight...Swept the 100 meters and 4x100-meter relay with a pair of first-place finishes at the UR Alumni Invitational...Ran a season-best time to a fifth-place result in the 200 meters (22.17) at the Cardinal Last Chance Meet.

HS: Went to Millburn High School...Ran track & field for the Millers...Two-year team captain...First-Team All-Conference All-Around Spring Track as a senior...Personal-best times of 10.85 in the 100 meters and 22.92 in the 200 meters...Qualified for states as a senior.
