At UR 2019-20: Indoor: Enjoyed best season as a senior indoors, being ranked #8 in Division III in the pentathlon ahead of the NCAA Championships...USTFCCCA All-American and All-Region honors in the pentathlon...Personal-best score of 3,434 points came at Liberty League Championships where she took home 1st Team All-League honors after earning 1st place...Also, finished 3rd at the conference meet in the 60 meter hurdles, earning Honorable Mention All-League honors...Set other personal bests during the season in the 200 meters (26.59), long jump (5.33m) and 60 meter hurdles (9.12)...Liberty League Field Athlete of the Week on Feb. 10...13 top-8 finishes across nine meets...Finished 7th in the 60 meter hurdles and 10th in the long jump at the Atlantic Regional Championships...Named Liberty League All-Academic team member during the spring...USTFCCCA All-Academic.

At UR 2018-19: Indoor: Kept improving as a junior, setting new PR's in three events during the indoor season...Ranked #33 in NCAA Division III in the pentathlon with her score of 3,154 points at the Brockport Multi & Invitational on Jan. 25...In that event, she was 3rd overall and finished in the top-3 in four of five events...Also, set new PR's in the triple jump (9.49 meters) and 200 meter dash (27.47 seconds) during the year...Competed in six meets overall during the season...Recorded three top-8 finishes at the Utica Pioneer Winter Classic on Dec. 8, finishing 5th in the 4x400 meter relay and 6th in both the long jump and 60 meter hurdles.

Outdoor: Qualified for the NCAA Division III Championships in the heptathlon and finished in a strong 12th place with a career-best score of 4,556 points...Posted PR's in 100 hurdles (15.27 seconds), 200 meters (26.24 seconds) and 800 meters (2:26.52) during nationals performance...USTFCCCA All-Region honors in the heptathlon and finished season ranked #19 in Division III in the event and was a part of UR's #43 ranked 4x400 meter relay...Honorable Mention All-Liberty League honors after third place finish in the heptathlon at the conference meet...5th place in the 4x400 meter relay at the All-Atlantic Regional Championships, also placing 18th in the long jump...Posted Rochester's top shot put mark this season, tossing 10.97 meters at LL meet...Enjoyed strong performances at UR's two home meets, earning a combined eight top-4 results, including a 4x100 meter relay win on Apr. 14...Named to the Liberty League's All-Academic team for the second straight year...USTFCCCA All-Academic selection.

At UR 2017-18: Indoor: Made strides forward in development during sophomore campaign, leading to numerous podium finishes...Was 3rd in the pentathlon at the All-Atlantic Regional Indoor Championships with a score of 2,901 points, ranking 64th in NCAA Division III...Scored twice at the Liberty League Championships, finishing 4th in the pentathlon (2,663 points) and 8th in the long jump (4.99 meters)...Was 3rd in 1-2-3 UR finish at the Brockport Multi & Invitational in the pentathlon...Placed 6th in the 60 meter hurdles at the Golden Eagle Invite.

Outdoor: Had an even better outdoor season, competing in seven meets...Was runner-up in the heptathlon at the Liberty League Outdoor Championships, scoring 4,242 points which ended #39 in NCAA Division III this season...Heptathlon 2nd Team All-LL...Was 5th at LL meet in the long jump in a season-best 5.35 meters...Qualified for Atlantic Regionals in the multi-events...13 top-8 finishes during the season, across a multitude of events...Runner-up in the 100 meter hurdles and long jump at the Rochester Twilight Classic on Apr. 20...Top 100 meter hurdles time of 15.63 seconds at the Liberty League heptathlon competition...Liberty League All-Academic selection.

At UR 2016-17: Indoor: Displayed versatility as one of UR's top multi-event athletes...Finished 6th at the ECAC Division III Indoor Championships in the pentathlon, scoring 2,772 points, the second best multi-event score on the team this year, also ranking 75th in NCAA Division III...Won pentathlon shot put at ECAC's, also finishing 4th in the long jump and 6th in the 60 meter hurdles...Was 9th in the pentathlon at the NYSCTC Indoor Championships, scoring 2,553 points...Tossed third best shot put distance on UR this season, earning a mark of 10.97 meters...Scored three top-8 finishes at first career meet, the Houghton December Classic, in the 60 meter hurdles, pole vault and 200 meters.

Outdoor: Put together strong effort in the heptathlon at the NYSCTC Outdoor Championships, earning third place with a score of 3,872 points, ranking 2nd on UR and 62nd in NCAA Division III...Placed in the top-5 in six of the seven events, including runner-up in the javelin with a toss of 28.64 meters, the third best toss on UR this season...Also, qualified for the state meet in the 100 hurdles and javelin individual events, placing 10th and 11th respectively...Was 4th in the 100 hurdles at the Cortland Classic.

HS: Attended Pembroke Central School where she lettered in soccer, basketball and outdoor track and field for the Dragons...Was a two-time co-captain in both soccer and track and field...Earned soccer and track and field MVP honors three times...Earned six All-League selections across soccer and track and field...Was Genesee Region League Champion in the pole vault in back-to-back seasons, also earning Section V Class CC title in 2016...Also, was sectional winner in shot put...Team was sectional champions in senior year...Class Valedictorian, Class of 2016 President and student council Vice President.
