At UR 2014-15: Indoor: Was headed for a promising senior season before another injury shut down the runner...Was on school record setting distance medley relay which ran to a 9th place finish in 10:03.85 at the Boston U. Valentine Invitational, ranking 31st in the NCAA year end rankings...Also, was on 4x400m relay which posted UR's best time this season at Boston, running a time of 3:20.58...Started out year with eight straight top-5 finishes, including three wins, two coming at the Brockport Golden Eagle Invite (4x400m, DMR)...Off the track, was named a 3rd team Academic All-American by CoSIDA...Elected Phi Beta Kappa...Was an Academic All-District selection and earned the Peter DiPasquale award from the UR athletic department, given to the top male scholar athlete.

At UR 2013-14: Sat out both indoor and outdoor seasons due to injury.

At UR 2012-13: Indoor: The sophomore ran in seven meets during the winter indoor season...Earned two wins and three 2nd place finishes...Won 1000m title at the Brockport Invitiational in a time of 2:34.91 on Feb. 2...Was on 1st place 4x800m relay at the Hamilton Continental Invitational on Jan. 26...Competed on 4th place 4x400m and 5th place 4000m distance medley relays at the NYSCTC Championships...Just missed out on scoring, placing 9th in the 800m at states...Competed at ECAC Indoor Championships in two events (4x800m, 4000m DMR).

Outdoor: Ran in five meets...Earned best finish of 2nd place in the 800m at the UR Alumni Invitational where he posted a time of 1:57.90..Ended 10th at the Washington & Lee Carnival in the 800m, beating over 60 runners with his season best time of 1:57.76.

At UR 2011-12: Indoor: Posted some solid results as a freshman at UR, including being a part of the 6th place 4x800m realy at the ECAC Division III Indoor Championships (7:53.49)...Won a NYSCTC Championship in the 4x800m relay after running a 7:58.41...Also placed 12th individually at states running a 2:12.76.

Outdoor:  Had an even better spring his freshman season, placing 2nd in the 800m at the Rochester Spring Invitational, being a part of the 1st place 4x800m relay at the UR Alumni Invitational and being a part of the 3rd place 4x800m relay at the ECAC Division III Outdoor Championships...Also, placed 3rd in the 800m at the NYSCTC Championships (1:57.55) and 5th as a part of the 4x400m relay.

HS: Attended C.W. Baker HS where he ran cross country and track and field for the Bees...Team captain of both track teams as well as XC as a senior...Posted the school record as a member of the 4x800m relay team and earned 1st Team All-Section honors as a senior...Personal best of 1:58.55 in the 800m while finishing the 1600m in personal best time of 4:44...Member of the National Honor Society.

Family: Older brother Adam ('14) is also a member of the UR cross country and track and field teams.
