At UR 2014-15: Indoor: Competed in five meets indoors as a freshman...Earned season best 4th place finish on the 4x400m relay at the Brockport Golden Eagle Run on Feb. 21...Three other top-8 relay finishes during the season...Had best individual performace come at the season opening RIT Early Season Invitational when he was 9th in the 500m in his season best time of 1:11.19.

Outdoor: Qualified for the NYSCTC Outdoor Championships in the 400m hurdles where he ended 19th after a run of 1:01.03...Posted his best meet of five total in the spring at the SJFC Cardinal Classic where he was 5th in the 400m hurdles (1:00.34, season best) and 3rd on the 4x400m relay.

HS: Lettered in soccer, indoor track and field and outdoor track and field for the Indians of West Seneca West HS...Also, played ice hockey for WSW...Named co-captain of indoor and outdoor track teams in his senior year...Earned indoor track and field MVP as a junior...Personal bests include :59.72 in the 400m hurdles and 2:05.70 in the 800m...Earned West Seneca West Student of Excellence Award...Was a Section VI All-Western NY Scholar Athlete and earned the Navy Outstanding Scholar Award.
