At UR 2013-14: Indoor: Was a key middle distance runner for Rochester during his senior season...Ran in eight meets indoors, including the ECAC and NYSCTC Indoor Championships...Was on 4x800m relay that finished runner-up at the ECAC Championships, posting a UR season best time of 7:51.54...Also, was member of 4000m distance medley and 4x800m relay runner-up squads at the NYSCTC Championships...DMR's time of 10:20.15 ended the season ranked in the top-100 in NCAA Division III.
Outdoor: Captured state title on 4x800m relay at the NYSCTC Outdoor Championships, helping UR post a time of 7:58.02...Also, ran at states in the 800m, placing 18th.
At UR 2012-13: Indoor: Ran in two meets and earned a 2nd place finish in the 1000m at the Brockport Alumni Run in a time of 2:42.56.
Outdoor: Competed in eight meets during the spring/outdoor season...Was on 4x800m relay team that won 1st place at the UR Alumni Invitational...Relay team also placed 3rd at the NYSCTC Championships (7:54.10) and 9th at the ECAC Outdoor Championships...Ran in the 800m at states and ended in 17th place after a run of 1:59.90.
At UR 2011-12: Outdoor: Placed 12th in the 400m at the Rochester Spring Invitational, running in a time of :55.34...Posted a career best time of :54.16 in the 400m en route to 20th place at the UR Alumni Invitational.
At UR 2010-11: Outdoor: Earned 18th place in the RWC Open in the 400m in a seasons best time of :54.38.
HS: Needham HS graduate where he lettered in cross country, swimming and track and field for the Rockets...Named captain in all three sports as a senior...Cross country and swimming team MVP senior season as well when he earned 1st place in the South Central sectionals in the 50 freestyle in the pool...Earned 1st place in 50 free and 100 free in conference swim championships his final year.
