At UR 2012-13: Indoor: Had a fantastic indoor season as a senior, winning the 500m at the ECAC Indoor Championships after running a school record time of 1:16.36...Also, competed on the 8th place 4x400m relay team at ECAC's...Ran in three events at the NYSTC Championships, the 4x400m (2nd), 4000m DMR (4th) and individually in the 500m (4th)...Sung with UR's Vocal Point acapella group at the White House before Christmas.
Outdoor: Capped off UR career with a great spring season...Competed in seven meets with the highlight being on the 4x400m relay that set a new school record at the ECAC Championships...The squad's time of 3:55.14 ranked inside the top 50 in NCAA Division III...Also, posted a career best time of 1:03.76 in the 400m hurdles at the NYSCTC Championships, good for 4th place and the #38 ranked time in NCAA Division III...Finished 2nd on 4x400m relay at states and ended 11th in the 400m hurdles at ECAC's...Was named 1st Team Academic All-District by CoSIDA for her efforts in the classroom.
At UR 2011-12: Indoor: Ended up 7th in the 500m at the ECAC Division III Indoor Championships after running in a time of 1:18.66...Also, competed in the 4x200m relay at ECACs...Was a part of the 4x400m relay (4:08.11) that won a state title at the NYSCTC Championships...Placed 5th individually at the NYSCTC meet in the 400m after a performance of 1:01.55.
Outdoor: Earned two top-8 finishes at the ECAC Division III Outdoor Championships including being a part of the 6th place 4x400m relay team that set a new UR school record in the event (3:55.63)...Finished 8th in the 400m hurdles after running a career best 1:04.20 at ECACs...Was a double state title winner as a part of the 4x400m and 4x800m relays...Placed 3rd at the NYSCTC Championships in the 800m (2:17.90)...Earned four other event wins during the season, including being a double winner at the RWC Raider Open (400m hurdles, 4x400m relay)...Ran 6th of 120 runners in the 800m at the Danny Curran Invitational on Mar. 30-31.
At UR 2010-11: Indoor: Placed 2nd in the 500m (1:17.58) at the ECAC Division III Indoor Championships...Also, competed at ECACs in the 4x400m relay...Earned five wins and a 2nd during the 2011 indoor regular season...The wins came in the 500m (2), 800m, 4x400m, and the distance medley relay...She also won two state titles at the NYSCTC meet, in the 500m (1:19.73), and as a part of the 4x400m relay (4:10.77)...Placed 5th at states on the distance medley relay team.
Outdoor: Achieved similar success to her indoor season in that she had five wins and one 2nd place finish in 2011...These wins came in the 400m, 800m (2), 4x400m, and the Sprint Medley Relay...Was a triple state title winner at the NYSCTC Championships in the 800m (2:17.55), 4x400m relay (4:04.66) and as a part of the 4x800m relay (9:19.80) which set a new school record in the event.
At UR 2009-10: Indoor: Was a member of the 4x400m relay that won the NYSCTC title after a performance of 4:05.42...Also, placed 5th at states in the 500m, running a 1:21.65...Competed at the Division III Indoor Championships where she placed 9th in the 500m dash...Earned the win as a part of the 4x400m relay at the Cornell-Deneault Invitational Feb. 20...Earned two top-5 finishes (4x400m relay, 500m) at the Syracuse Invitational Feb. 5-6.
Outdoor: Competed in a limited schedule but still earned a 7th place finish at the NYSCTC Championships in the 400m hurdles, running in a time of 1:08.01...Placed 3rd in the 400m hurdles at both the UR Alumni Invitational (Apr. 10) and Brockport Golden Eagle Invitational (Apr. 17).
HS: Attended Wellesley High School where she participated in field hockey, gymastics, and track & field for the Raiders.
