Outdoor: Had a great outdoor season which saw her qualify for the ECAC Outdoor Championships in the 3000m steeplechase, finishing 9th, just out of the scoring...Placed 7th in the steeple at the NYSCTC Championships, running a career best time of 11:38.70...Placed 2nd at the Cortland Classic in the 3000m steeplechase and was 5th at both the UR Alumni Invitational and the Washington and Lee Carnival in the same event.
At UR 2011-12: Indoor: Achieved a career best time in the 5000m at the NYSCTC Championships, posting a mark of 19:34.02, earning 8th place...Ran to a 6th place finish at the Hamilton Continental Invitational in the 3000m run, posting a time of 11:21.48.
Outdoor: Blossomed into one of UR's top distance runners as a junior...Participated in both the 4x800m (5th, 9:37.14) and 3000m steeplechase (18th, career best 11:48.13) at the ECAC Division III Outdoor Championships...Posted a 5th place finish in the 3000m steeplechase at the NYSCTC Championships after a 11:54.92 time...Ran to a career best 2:27.60 in the 800m at the RWC Raider Open, good for 6th place...Finished 3rd at the UR Alumni Invitational in the 3000m steeplechase after a time of 11:59.50.

Outdoor: Was on the 1st place 4x800m relay team at the RWC Open on Apr. 2...Earned 4th place in the 3000m steeplechase at the UR Alumni Invitational...Posted a 13th place run in the 3000m steeplechase (12:28.72) at the NYSCTC Championships May 7.
At UR 2009-10: Indoor: The freshman competed in the mile run at the NYSCTC Championships where she placed in 17th after a time of 5:48.03...Ran to 7th place in the mile at the RIT Last Chance Invitational.
Outdoor: Placed 3rd on two occasions during the outdoor season in the 3000m steeplechase, at the Golden Eagle Invitational and the Geneseo Invitational...Earned 15th place at the NYSCTC Championships in the 3000m steeplechase after running in a time of 13:00.07.
HS: Kittatinny Regional HS grad...Ran cross country, track and field and played basketball for the Cougars...Team captain and MVP of cross country team.
