At UR 2011-12: Indoor: In his first attempt in running the 3000m, ran an 8:44.27 and finished 1st at the Hamilton College Invitational Jan. 21...Ran on the 2nd place distance medley relay team at the NYU Division III Challenge Feb. 18, the time of 10:12.04 was good enough to be ranked 30th in all of Division III...Placed 2nd in the mile and ran on the third place distance medley relay team at the NYSCTC Championships...Placed 9th and ran a career best 4:17.51 in the mile at the ECAC Division III Indoor Championships.

Outdoor: Placed 11th in two events at the Danny Curran Invitational, beating over 90 runners in the 800m and 1500m runs...Was a double winner at the UR Alumni Invitational where he was on the winning 4x800m relay (7:55.79) and won the 3000m steeplchase (9:29.21)...Also won two state titles at the NYSCTC Championships, winning in the 3000m steeplechase in a career best 9:22.93 and being a part of the 4x800m winning relay team...Posted the 48th fastest time in Division III in the 3000m steeplechase.

At UR 2010-11: Indoor: Earned two wins and a 2nd place over the course of the indoor season...Finished 4th in the mile (4:23.90) while competing at the NYSCTC Championships...Was a part of the 8th place Distance Medley Relay (10:08.02) which nearly broke a 32-year old school record at the ECAC Championships.

Outdoor: Achieved one win (1:58.98, 800m) and one personal best (3:59.93, 1500m) during the season...Was a member of the 1st place 4x800m relay team (7:42.71) which set a new school record at the NYS Championships.

At UR 2009-10: Indoor: In the Colgate University Class of '32 Invitational in the indoor season, he was part of the winning distance medley relay team, which had a time of 10:26.15...Had a strong meet at the Deneault Invitational at Cornell, as he was third in the mile run, with a time of 4:25.31...At the NYSTC Indoor Championships, he finished second in the mile run, with a time of 4:24.68...Also had a successful meet at the ECAC Indoor Championships where he was part of a distance medley relay team that 16th with a time of 10:42.85...On the second day of that meet, he was part of a 4x800 meter relay team that finished fifth with a time of 7:57.12.
